I'm making college football moneyline picks for 22 Week 4 college football games. Below, I highlight three key top-25 matchups, including a huge Big Ten showdown between No. 17 Iowa and No. 18 Michigan. I also explain why No. 4 Ole Miss can survive a potential letdown against No. 21 Florida and who has the upper hand when No. 20 Oregon travels to face No. 12 USC.

No. 20 Oregon (-150 via bet365) vs. No. 12 USC
Bet size: 2 units
USC's defense allowed 460 yards to a Rutgers offense that was averaging 365 yards per game, despite facing UMass and Boston College. Perhaps most alarming is that Rutgers moved the ball well through the air and on the ground, racking up 292 passing yards and 168 rushing yards. Even after that performance, Rutgers ranks 118th in rushing yards per game.
Now, the USC defense needs to shut down an offense led by quarterback Dante Moore and running back Jordon Davison. Davison is averaging 5.9 yards per carry, while Moore has thrown nine touchdowns and zero interceptions this season.
Oregon's defense has been far from great, allowing 66 points to the two FBS opponents it's faced. That said, Oregon seems much more likely to get a stop in this game, especially after USC just allowed 35 to Rutgers.

Oregon's 50th-ranked rush defense should be able to make USC one-dimensional. USC ranks 54th in rushing yards per game and managed just 52 against Oregon last year.
No. 17 Iowa (+180 via DraftKings) vs. No. 18 Michigan
Bet size: 1.5 units
Michigan scored 52 points last week, but it was another sluggish start for the offense. Led by Bryce Underwood, Michigan led just 17-14 at halftime, a worrying score, especially given how Michigan's offense has started the season.
Now, Michigan must decipher the nation's top defense, as Iowa is allowing just 176.7 yards per game and 3.19 yards per play. Iowa is allowing 66.0 rushing yards per game, which is going to be a problem for the nation's 91st-ranked rushing attack.
This will ultimately come down to Iowa's rushing attack against Michigan's rush defense. While Michigan ranks 30th in rush defense, Iowa is averaging 268 rushing yards per game. In what is going to be a very low-scoring game, give me the offense that has at least one strength.
No. 4 Ole Miss (+135 via BetMGM) vs. No. 21 Florida
Bet size: 1.5 units
After a dramatic win over LSU, this is a letdown spot for Ole Miss on the road. But I can't justify taking Florida after the defense just allowed 39 points to an Auburn offense that scored just 17 against Baylor.
Florida has the second-highest-scoring offense in the country, putting up at least 44 points in every game. But two of those performances came against Campbell and Florida Atlantic. Ole Miss is averaging 38 points per game, despite playing two ranked opponents.
Ole Miss ranks 98th in rush defense, which should lead to a big day for Jadan Baugh, who is averaging 8.5 yards per carry. But when it comes to quarterbacks, I'm taking Trinidad Chambliss over Aaron Philo, who is very much untested as a starter.
