The collection of bets has clearly been wagered over time, as the noted payouts don't align with the current odds for each team at DraftKings.

DraftKings Sportsbook Payouts at Current Odds:

Arizona (+550): $30K to payout $195K

Kansas (+850): $50K to payout $$475K

Tennessee (+1600): $30K to payout $510K

Duke (+1600): $30K to payout $510K

UCLA (+1800): $25K to payout $475K

There's some capital already built into the bettor's futures investments, and it's also worth noting only Arizona and Tennessee are in the same region, so there is potential for four of the five teams to reach the Final Four.

Additionally, because these bets were placed in advance of the tournament, there's still hedge potential to turn out a profit. 

Furthermore, future hedge wagers don't have to be as significant, with these five teams likely to be favorites in most of their games over the coming weeks.

Two notable omissions from the bettor's current portfolio are the No. 1 seeds of the West and East Regions. 

The Gonzaga Bulldogs (+300) currently have the shortest odds of any team to win the National Championship, and the Baylor Bears (+1200) are the defending champions.

The Kentucky Wildcats (+850) and Villanova Wildcats (+1600) are two other teams projected to go deep into the tournament and boast championship potential.
