We'll see. Wanting to improve your play & having the energy to do it are different animals. That effort yesterday against someone with top 20 talent like Kerber is asking for trouble. I'll gladly play dogs two days in a row and look for a split and make some profit if that is how it goes.

I went Stosur as my underdog! Great value at $2.55.
Hopefully Venus doesn't show up to play.

Two legs of the parlay complete, so maybe 0.25 unit on Fish @ +500. Fish may be pretty unlikely to beat Federer but no point in not protecting yourself with some sort of small hedge with the large price. That would basically cover the original investment on the parlay if Fish happened to pull it off and only take away a minimal amount if he loses.

Fed finishes the parlay relatively easily. Again, think this is his to lose. He should rape his buddy WaWa again in the semis. Still favor Djokovic to meet him in the final. Would be a nice precursor to the US Open to see that or see Del Potro step up ... but not banking on that.

EP is it my imagination or is Davydenko the biggest criminal going around in world sport?..and authorities powerless to stop him..he reminds me of canas years ago..not good enough to win tournaments late in his career but making more money playing poorly and living on past memories..lleyton hewitt could do this but he isnt a criminal like davydenko and gives his best every match despite his age.

I don't know. Davydenko gets a bad rap because of previous shenanigans ... I actually think a lot of what is happening with him now is age and declining skill. I think plenty of things like yesterday where a player cannot do anything right happens quite a bit, but a lot of players just get a pass as sucking ass on a given day. Because of his past, people always question what is going on.

Don't know that I would say much is a safe pick for Saturday other than Federer over Wawrinka. Djokovic I think should win especially probably with a little chip on his shoulder for Delpo beating him for the Bronze Medal ... but Delpo has the weapons to trouble him and that has been proven before. Still think he has to play very close to perfect though to win.

I just started a thread about this.

Joker is my play for the day tomorrow for sure.
