MU, after seeing your post I went and looked at some recaps of the match. It turns out my post below may have been Vera's kiss of death. She was almost defaulted in the match for arguing a call with the ump and then lost the plot.

Odds aren't surprising. Vera has two very distinct personalities who appear on the court. Anyone who takes her needs to hope she comes out and plays properly instead of getting flustered as she does from time to time, especially since there's no Hawkeye. One wrong line call and her match can fall apart.

How about the Del Potro vs Verdasco match? I like Verdasco as a dog here. Is Del Potro really back to that level already?

Verdasco was unimpressive in a 6-4, 6-4 win. While Del Potro cruised over Lleyton Hewitt. Love Del Potro at better than -150 odds.

Hewitt was awful against DelPo. DelPo is difficult to gauge at this point. His serve is pretty tidy right now, but the only time that he was pressured some in the 2nd set against Lacko - he was a bit shaky. Interested to see how he holds against Verdasco today. Money is all on DelPo, but I don't know ... Verdasco hasn't lost on this court either. I'm watching for more line movement before deciding, but it's a toss up.

I will probably fade Raonic heavily in the final if the odds are right. Especially if Del Potro continues this level of play. Milos may win plenty of titles in the future, but I don't think he gets it done this weekend.

??? Del Potro is playing Verdasco. Raonic is playing an exhibition against Karlovic.

Well once again tragedy strikes after I get my life all in order and I have to leave sbr again since my attention will be drawn elsewhere. Just thought I would post a little farewell to the tennis crowd since we are the most civilized bunch on here.

I'm not gonna post a sob story or anything but it just sucks that I only got to stick around for 2 weeks. Fun while it lasted and maybe I will come back again in a couple months time.

Guys, I am terrible in semis and finals. I mean, I went 0-3 yesterday and that doesn't happen to me earlier in tournaments. When you reach the end, lines get tight and you're basically purely gambling as there is no way of knowing how nerves will play a part, how fatigued someone is, whether their road to the finals really showed their form as people are normally playing inferior competition, etc.

The only person I'll be having cash on in any form is Milos and that's purely a patriotic bet on my part. Gun to my head I'd pick Hantucova but Errani screwed me the two times I went against her this week so I'm not giving her the chance to do it again.

Wow Hantuchova crushed Errani, didn't expect that much of a whitewash. Had her in a parlay with Clijsters, who I think will get a run for her money against Kvitova but ultimately prevail.

Liking both Tsonga and Raonic at the odds being offered, could see both of them winning if they bring their A-game. Going to bet on both and hope at least one of them pulls of the win.

I really like Verdasco in this spot. Raonic has never beaten anyone as highly ranked. His best wins are against Llodra twice, and Youzhny at the Aussie Open. This is his first tour final, and he just turned 20 years old. Obviously, he serves incredibly well, but he can't hurt you with his groundstrokes. He relied on Berankis to make mistakes in his QF match, and he lost to Karlovic in two tie breaks yesterday's exhibition. He seems extremely relaxed on court, but the nerves of being in his first final could be a factor as well. I just don't see a veteran like Vedasco giving the rookie a chance to breath in this one.

Yes - WTF Kim?? Didn't see the game just the score but she must have been on her b-game at best. Kvitova is a good player and I thought it would be tight (hence only taking klijsters in a parlay at the odds offered) but not a demolishing. Any watch the match and can tell us what happened?

Tsonga had hos chances but serve decided it. Did my usual half on ats half on ml so at least broke even on that match. Now I'm cheering for Raonic!

Forgot to add that for those who are interested in this sort of thing it's currently updated on my SBR spreadsheet. Ignore the dollar amounts though as they are not my actual unit size. Just know on there that $100 equals a regular play I post in here, $50 a half unit and $25 when I mention small to very small plays. I didnt realise I could just post unit sizes until I was halfway through updating.

The spreadsheet also doesn't include any live bets as I realise some of you can't jump on with me and obviously doesn't include the bets I make outside of this thread.
