Yep. Good thing is Becker & Malisse both keep those futures in-check for another day. Troicki plays tomorrow I think for the first time, but has an easy opponent.

WEDNESDAY

PARLAY: BAGHDATIS + LLODRA + BECKER [-130]
Deviating from the normal two person parlay here as most of the more solid wagers are on higher chalk. Start with Baghdatis. He had a poor performance against Petzschner last week, but draws a definite non-grass type in Luczak. One would think Baghdatis might really buckle down this week in prep for Wimbledon after last week's flop. Baggy has been good on this surface in the past and he should have enough to survive this round. Llodra ripped off 15 aces in his destruction of a qualifier in round 1. He showed well at the Queens Club last week + Robert isn't much on this surface. If his serve is solid, Llodra should win the all-French battle. On to Becker who draws a qualifier. Becker worked thru a tough opener with Nieminen, but showed a solid serve again. His Finnish opponent made his grass debut and won a hard fought 3 setter. The serve of the Fin could keep him in at least one set, but look for Becker's experience on this surface to be enough to push him on to the next round.

made a small hedge play on Luczak +450 very small play still need Baghdatis for the cash

SCHUETTLER-WARD OVER 21 [-115]
Schuettler is certainly the more experienced grass court player and can be expected to advance today, but Ward will have some confidence after knocking off Feliciano Lopez yesterday. Ward is also playing in his home country which could give him a slight boost. Ward's serve will have to be solid for this to have a chance.

Sucks they set that Almagro-Istomin total right where I didn't want it at 23.5. I can already see this one coming. Schuettler needed to hold serve one more time to get me a push. He's gonna F it up.

Too bad Baghdatis sucked major kawk today. That is why I hate doing parlays over two selections, very hard to hit. Oh well, my book actually saved me from losing twice on this one because they did not have the Becker line up last night so I only did at at the SBR book.

If Becker or Malisse doesn't win the Unicef Open, I will be shocked. Only other guy who MIGHT have a shot is Tipsarevic. Those futures look pretty good right now with Ljubicic and Baghdatis both bowing out. Becker + Malisse may be the parlay or Thursday. For sure like Becker. Malisse have to look at a little more.

Interesting match tomorrow in Eastbourne. Llodra vs. Simon. Llodra is 4-0 vs. Simon, but all have come on harder surfaces. Neither was particularly good today, but Simon seems more troubling with a lot of double faults the last two days + where is his fitness at? Llodra is a huge favorite though at -205.

i like malisse a lot here, falla doesn't impress on grass. but with wimbledon right around the corner all this is weird. you know malisse wants to make a run at wimbledon and he withdrew from french open, still you gotta think he will go for the title here

Yeah I like that he pounded Falla at the Queens Club last year too. Having had a day off should have served Malisse well too after that miracle comeback the other day. Surprised at the short price on him here, but I guess the books think beating Ljubicic was a big deal for Falla?

As of right now, Becker + Malisse looks real nice. Will firm it up tonight.

THURSDAY

PARLAY: BECKER + MALISSE [+108]
Becker apparently really loves these courts as he is now 9-0 in Holland over the last two tournaments here. His serve was again solid yesterday in his dismantling of a qualifier. He gets Gruel who took out Robredo, not exactly difficult to do in 2010. Becker's pedigree on grass is much stronger than Greul and so long as he pumps his 1st serve in, Becker should be good to move on. Malisse draws Falla who took old Old Man Ljubicic last round. Falla's serve was effective in spite of 6 double faults, but does not possess quite the pop of Malisse. Malisse hopefully has recovered after a day off following his miraculous win against Brands. One of the key stats to watch for Malisse is 2nd serve. When he's getting those in for points, he's hard to beat on this surface. This is the farthest Falla has ever made it on the ATP level in the main draw on grass, so Malisse should be cordial and show him the f-ing door.

Cibulkova seems like a decent shot, but she doesn't have a ton of grass experience so you never know. I really hate Bartoli, but she is fairly solid on grass.
