1. I've never seen a tennis bet stated like this before...what's it mean

2. does it seem a good bet...

and take place either tomorrow=Sunday...or the next day=Monday...

Ya, wawrinka should win -10 games.. -8 means WaWrinka wins by 8 games or more... Maybe 1 break in 2 sets then 2 breaks in atleast 1 set. He's had warmup matches already.
