I was ignoring it for days even I had my own problems there which were resolved to my satisfaction but, THREMP really, if you have something to solve with dozer please start a new thread and I will be more than happy to join (I have filed a complaint at least 4 times, started a thread here about 12bet not allowing me to withdraw money but nothing...). Just start another thread and many will join, how about that?

How was it a bad line? Did you even read the thread? NO ONE with a pulse (including BP) considered it a bad line.

Here is how books should handle this:

If it's a bad line on their part and there are only a small handful of bets, honor them

If it's a bad line and a lot of player interest, void bets if you have to but email the bettors upon cancellation and inform them immediately, at least giving some a chance to re-bet at the adjusted correct line.

A little bit of communication goes a long way. From the players side of things, a bad or erroneous line isn't something that is so obvious, especially when playing adjusted lines. One cannot assume that the player is always taking shots or scalping.

Players only come to this forum with bad lines when the bet would have won, books don't cancel losing bets on bad lines after the fact either.

I would bet any money however, if books had to honor their posted lines, we wouldn't have anywhere near as many bad lines as we seem to. This is why I feel books should be held accountable for the lines they post and the action they take on them. However, I know this isn't ever going to happen. There still however needs to be some form of checks and balances, because all this does is create unhappy players and hurts the books reputations regardless of whether or not they were in the right.

I must give 1 example before few days and this is why they impressed me. I won on SBR poker some money sponsored by BetPhoenix. I made bet at 17:13 local time(game should start 17:15).Its hockey game so 0:1 was at 17:12 i saw at 17:17 what happen. Immediately i contact chat and explain situation.They cancel my bet and money was back in few moments. Not big wager as i didnt have more but for me this is Honor!!!

P.s game started at 17:10 Czech Hockey.
