I know of a bet that was lost by them in the last 2 days. Pinny has been running rough the last 2 days and has been hanging on confirm page frequently. player had the transaction # etc and Pinny couldn't find it. He just bet it again and at better odds. No way to win a dispute with Pinny. if u win you lose that battle.

Sometimes you get the Fatal Error message on a confirmation. As I said, player had the transaction # (not a screen shot) and Pinny would not admit taking the bet. Best to routine check all wagers every hour or 2 before game time if you have time. I am paranoid, so i often check 15 minutes prior to action to be sure its down.Comment -

i think we've all been there.
it's only winning wagers that "disappear". or we simply don't notice losing wagers disappear?
- does anyone recall having lost wager "disappear in the air"?
- is there any documented instance of a book "making bet disappear" - ie. has anyone ever submitted screenshot of wager to force the book to pay? i recall one such instance from forum (bet365), but apparently it was a player doctoring the screenshot.

VIP/Nine sends an email confirmation of all your bets you placed there... Can't see why more books don't do this, especially books the quality of pinnacle, as it would pretty much eliminate all questions on if the bet was placed or not...Comment -

i think any disappearing wager problem at normal books is due to system/internet issues.
the known books where manual tampering (on other issues) with player's funds have been reported, are shady outfits.Comment -
