I agree. I used to play there and just never ahd much help with CS. And when I got a payout onetime, they acted like they were doing me a favor. Yuck. They do pay, but A+? No more like A-.

Play there a lot and always had good customer service. But I don't email, I pick up the phone. A lot of companies in general don't respond to emails or it takes a lot longer than picking up the phone or livechat. Never had any issues with them

Over at Caribsports you get a reply to your mail within 5 minutes every freaking time.

first: they voided bets for no reason.

second: they put you on an never ending time delay

third: they don´t accept a 0,01 Euro stake

fourth: they told you you are not welcome

five: They want thousends of documents before they pay you
