I agree. I used to play there and just never ahd much help with CS. And when I got a payout onetime, they acted like they were doing me a favor. Yuck. They do pay, but A+? No more like A-.Comment -
Play there a lot and always had good customer service. But I don't email, I pick up the phone. A lot of companies in general don't respond to emails or it takes a lot longer than picking up the phone or livechat. Never had any issues with themComment -
