Bodog has suspended my account pending an investigation into "suspicious activity" ?!

has this happened to any one of recent ?

My account is conveniently at 11,000$ Cad, and my wagers were solely on MLB baseball,
I have about 3-4 deposits of 1500 CAD, and this is the first time ive attempted a withdrawal
i am very concerned,
whom is the best persons/lawyer/intermediary to contact,
any help would be appreciated, thank you,

It's quite normal to be asked for ID like this. The suspicious activity bit does sound bad but at least they are only asking for ID confirmation. Could mean they suspect you have multiple accounts or are working with another account to circumvent betting limits or something along those lines. If you know that isn't the case I'd send the ID and see what happens, rather than looking for a lawyer at this point.

You can also submit an official sportsbook complaint form and have an SBR dispute analyst take a look too.

i have filled out a complaint,
mr rossi got back to me, but he has not replied since as to a follow up contact to bodog

Is there a manager or telephone number i can call at SBR ? the site is advertising bodog as legit,

what kind of legit book, doesnt contact the player for 17 days,and freezes the account with 11,000 , without as to an explanation why ,

first off, THANK YOU TO SBR, for following up, a mr rossi at SBR contacted me back, good job !!

secondarily, the investigation has concluded, However,
they voided 7 selective winning bets !! in amounts of near 3000$
not just on may 22, as described herein below , but on may 18 as well,
i am very disappointed,

an accepted wager, and paid out wager, only to be VOIDED 2 weeks later, ?!
i would not consider to be a reliable worlds top 10 book , and 'A' rated at SBR
