Two undefeated teams meet in the Pacific Northwest tonight, but my Grizzlies vs. Trail Blazers prediction thinks the market is underrating the favorite and its NBA-best net rating.

My NBA picks back the Trail Blazers as a 7.5-point betting favorite, with tipoff from Moda Center in Portland, Ore., scheduled for 10 p.m. ET. The total is set at 232.5 at most books, but there are some 231.5s and 233.5s available.

Grizzlies vs. Trail Blazers best bet

Trail Blazers -7.5 (-108 via Pinnacle)

The Grizzlies' 4-0 record is misleading. Per Power Rankings Guru, the Grizzlies have played the easiest schedule in the NBA and have the hardest remaining schedule.

While the Trail Blazers have played the 10th-easiest schedule, they have the NBA's best net rating at 16.9 and are coming off an impressive seven-point win against the Lakers in Los Angeles.

The Trail Blazers made the playoffs last season and have improved this season by adding Ja Morant and bringing back Damian Lillard, so Portland's undefeated start is a lot more predictive than Memphis'.

Play to: -8.5 (-106)

Score prediction: Trail Blazers 120, Grizzlies 111

Grizzlies vs. Trail Blazers player props

Ty Jerome Under 23.5 points (+117 via Pinnacle)

Ty Jerome is off to the hottest start of his career. He's scored 28 or more points in three of his first four games, but it's unlikely that he'll be able to sustain this pace over the course of a full season.

He scored just 15 points last time out against the Jazz on a season-low 15 field-goal attempts, and while his line opened at 26.5 (juiced to the Over), it closed at 25.5 (juiced to the Under).

The most points per game Jerome has averaged in his career was 19.7 across 15 games last season, and with the Trail Blazers having a real shot at blowing out the Grizzlies today, I'll take the plus money on Jerome to score fewer than 24 points.

Play to: Under 23.5 (-103)

Donovan Clingan Under 10.5 rebounds (-106 via DraftKings)

Donovan Clingan has recorded 11 or more rebounds just once across the Trail Blazers' three games this season, and that was against the Kings. Sacramento is among the worst rebounding teams in the conference, ranking 14th out of 15 teams in the West with a 45.5% rebounding percentage.

Now, I'm not going to pretend that Clingan isn't an elite rebounder, but this line is just too high considering the blowout potential in this game, along with the opponent. Zach Edey is an inch taller than Clingan, and Cameron Boozer leads all players under 6-foot-10 with 10.5 rebounds per game.

Play to: Under 10.5 (-119)
