Thats messed up. I always start with small money. How did they let you place $880 in bets though?

I'm gonna place a $30,000 bet on Lakers second half.

If I can just play with credit!

Then if I win I'll cash $60,000 and if I lose, I tell them to go dance around an empenada.

True true........they clerk even admitted it was a glitch in the system but that I was "out of luck" because it wasn't a legal bet anyway??? So let me get this right...I'm out of luck for the $400 I lost plus an additional $440???????? Bunch of crooks

I've been such a supporter of BetPhoenix on this forum that's what really pisses me off. There was a thread that asked if BetPhoenix was underrated as a B book and I said yes they were A+ like greek...........guess they are B for a reason.

Funny Thing is.....balance did not read negative....it said balance $0

Can I hire you as my representative?? I'm ok with them taking the $400 for the "illegal bet" as long as they would have paid me if I won. I have no way of telling that since all of the past "illegal bets" I have placed I lost.......maybe they should reconsider their rules....lose more then win.

Anyway- if they want to keep the $400 whateverr..........I'll fool myself into thinking they would have paid me if I won....but the $300 is another story

They will end up giving you your 300 deposit. But I thought books don't take team total and over game in a parlay??? Correct me i am wrong but the greek don't even accept that wager. Also I hope you knew it was against the rules to begin with as even IF the system lets you pass it through, it would only cause more harm, hence this situation. Last week I seen 3 wrong lines all in my favor by more than 10 points, I reported it even though they all won in the end. I didn't place the bets on those wrong lines but wanted the correct lines as if I do win with the lower spread and it covers the original in the end, I would have to shit bricks to make sure the money I won gets credited. This is the reason why I don't understand how some people say go place a bet at this book because the line is way off, it is not worth it in the end.

My opinion and others are welcomed to chime in on this

I had a similar situation with Bookmaker months ago. The computer took the bet at halftime. We as gamblers are rushing for lines, cell phones going off, wives, gf's in the background making noise, tv's going. etc..Shit ain't easy

When you have a complaint like this, I would think long and hard before spelling out money leaks. There are plenty of others at this book (and any other book that is new or making lots of new offerings). If your goal was to make money though, I think you took the wrong approach.
