Fill out a complaint. If you did nothing wrong, and just bet these using their normal software, they owe.

I've been very impressed in my dealings with Phoenix. I'd be surprised if they didn't deal with this fairly (or if there was some other unknown info).

I have contacted Phil today and he is looking into it and will try and work it out. If he can't get it done i will file the complaint. He has said that with them grading previous plays like this is concerning to him and will try his best when he talks to someone in wagering.

Phil has corrected the plays and credited the account the $385 difference, so in all it was very good customer service with one phone call.

I agree, although their server was down for quite some time they managed to do their best and take care of the problems.. good job bet phoenix!

Jets I work in the industry , wait till a day manager comes in and talk to them. These guys are good with player relations , from what I can read it seems you are using the forum as a tactic to get away with breaking the rules and then almost blackmaling the book into your demands. These guys are a top 5 book amongst the other big names , all they need is more book to book transfers and they would be great .

I'm awaiting a withdrawal there now.. I supplied a bad account number & they contacted me straight away to resolve it (which I assume means they were trying to get me the money) been a few days since I've corrected my details but I'm pretty confident I will have my payout soon.
