hi im having a problem with legends i made twenty deposits to earn my first level loyalty point with legends. judy from legends refuse to give it to me she said she gave me a freeplay for 20 in return for my entire loyalty points . i told her a 20 freeplay for my entire right is not a fair deal and that i earned my points by putting in 1000 dollars. i even offered to pay her the freeplay in return for my loyalty points she said no. when i told her that i would speak to sbr about it she banned me. now im not able to bet there . she also told sbr about me yelling at them over a bonus when i first singed up three months ago. ill admit that was true but it was three onths ago and had nothing to do with this issue. also i was never warned or had issue with them after that as i was still betting with them now she uses the issue from three months ago to ban me. all i want is what is due to me as stated in there fine print she has no right not to give it to me. i told sbr about this they have not tried to help they phoned her and she told them about the issue three month ago never mentiond anything about this issue dont know what to do sbr wont help me. ive sent email after email in one email they did say legends was suppose to pay me the loyalty points under the fine print. i advised her of this she said sbr never brought that up to her. please someone help me get whats due to me i did not want to post this but i down to my last resort also if they dont want me on there site fine just pay me my loyalty points i earned that with my money

she also told me legends do not ban people . three hours later bam im gone for asking for something thats rightfully mine. also other then payout this book is vastly overated. no latenight lines they dont put lines up sometimes till three hours before gametime. no tennis till quaterfinals . no parlays on tennis or fights everthing is geared towards thier favor. not to mention bad attitudes by there reps who are always argumentive

i did not have a issue with them until i asked for the loyalty points . if so why was i on there three months with no ban all of a sudden im abusing staff . why was i not told anything about this until i asked for my points. look up the the phone all i had with phil he abused me with his language. i never abused anyone it just there way of booting me. its always one sided with you guys so your telling me if i did not bring up the loyalty points i would still be banned i not at all. please tell them to play you the tape with me and phil bet you wont do that. i use y hard earned money for that and if you say is true why was i not informed about the net losses so really we had no problem at all make . so why was i booted you state my language but why was it not a problem till i brought this up. 3 month and on the day i bring this up im booted for something three months ago give me a break.

Miguel... sorry to hear about the issue... I might put in my 2 cents. Many services are tired of players that are abusive in their thinking, not saying you were. The main reason lately is that players as a whole are under far more financial stress from the world economy and are venting on staff so they are becoming alot more sensitive. I am wondering, did you accept the 20 FB and wager it or did you refuse to use it and demand your loyalty perk. This is a problem if you did use it... just saying, you cannot do that and your offer to return a freebet is no good either after it is used. Also, many outfits are just tired of players bringing up the forums as a way to get what they want... it has increased dramatically in the last year and the service response is to show the person the door... there has also been some talk of adding these players to the blacklist which if happens can be very problematic... you will lose access to multiple paying outs that are hard to come by or at the least if you are allowed to play it will be on a strict cash basis. This list should be avoided at all cost, so I would advise all to bring up the forums for only serious issues like no pays or unreasonable slow pays... example is a payout hitting 30days... everyone likes same week or same day payouts and many places try to consistently do this but 2 or 3 weeks is not a slow pay for North American customers with the current situation... there is also one guy around here that is close to joining the blacklist, it is to be avoided.

i got banned for a issue that happen three months ago . so im not allowed to question anything without getting banned . yes i used the free play . but it was a freeplay given to me in a deal with the g.m for all my loyalty points she said ill give you this 20 for you to dismiss yourself fro the loyalty program . yes i did a stupid thing i ask her to pay her the 20 freeplay to get my rights. i,m new to betting did not realize that i just sold my soul for a freeplay mined you it was for y rights for the rest of the time i was on legends i have the messages where she made this deal judy. but okay thats fine also she never informed me that i was not going to get anything on the first level im supposedly up on them. if she had told me this we would have no issue. but to turn around and say i was banned for swearing at employees its not true i had one issue when i first singed up other then that none until yesterday when i ask for my loyalty points. she got mad i posted to sbr and banned me thats the real reason . dont bring up a issue from three months ago to ban me. im working on that proof as we speak. if i was abusing staff why was i never banned told anything till yesterday when i posted this. this did not have to go so far if i was just told that i did not qualify for anything being i was up. and believe me if i was told that i would not be banned today for a issue three months ago. also its never a good idea for a g.m to make money deals with better.

Miguel... sounds like you got caught in a mis-communication. Sorry to hear... it kinda sucks. By the way though... a GM, if that is in fact who you spoke with, many times clerks claim to be management when they are not, can in fact make any deal they want as well as any management which includes CSD manger and Sales manager. Hope it works out but at least it does not sound like a whole lot of money and I would take this as a cheap lesson learned going further with future outs. It is best to keep an out that pays and be patient when there is a dispute over a small amount of money...
