Try importing your 12 word seed phrase into a different wallet ie electrum wallet on Windows PC/Laptop would be best bet IMO.

Happened again this time a bigger withdrawal to mycelium and its like it doesn’t exist. It must be a mycelium issue and I’m seemingly up shits creek. Atleast I have this wallet backed up, but even mycelium when I log in now is saying they have an issue don’t send or receive funds. What the fack

I think I facked myself. When I got a new phone, I definitely didn’t put my seed phrase in and maybe that’s why this is only showing up to 2023. Oh boy, atlesst it was a modest withdrawal intended to send to heritage for their 59% Super Bowl deposit promo which would’ve been a nice win on the eagles��*♂️. If I didn’t just totally fack myself I’d be shocked bc now I don’t even that that wallet after I deleted it

When I look at my transactions it only has ones going back to dec 2023 now and I had been making them into January 2025. Is this cause for concern?

I deleted and reinstalled with my seed phrase. The funds weren’t in the account when it finished loading. Does it take some time for it to hit now that I fixed things?

All the data your Mycellium wallet shows comes from the public blockchain. Deleting your wallet does not delete that Blockchain data. As long as you have the 12 word seed phrase you can install 5 wallet apps all at once which will display the data for you if you like. And deleting any or all of them changes nothing.

The seed phrase is your master key.

im not the savviest when it comes to the ins and outs of crypto. I’ve never had any issues sending or receiving until now. When I open my mycelium app and click receive the same address I gave bookmaker shows up. When I put the address in the link you provided it looks like the money was received? Does that mean the wallet is glitching and I need to delete and reinstall it? I really hope I can find where I put those 12 words I wrote down a few years ago. I have them for a few apps and none are labeled to help me identify which wallet it’s for so hopefully I can try a few different ones without getting locked out. Does this type of thing happen a lot? Is it just a faulty wallet issue?

As Optional said you'll be fine but don't delete or uninstall anything if you don't have the 12 words. These things do happen on occasion. You can post the transaction or PM it to me if you want to try and figure out why.

They sent the btc Friday. I put in my payout 5 minutes before they closed for the weekend and on their end they said they paid and sent blockchain link yet nothing ever hit my wallet? Nothing at all and I’ve done over 100 of these. I emailed the support at mycelium on Friday and again today and have heard nothing. Bookmaker sent to the right address yet when I look at my wallet it’s like nothing ever happened. Am I screwed here?

No you are not screwed. If it does turn out to be just a wallet error, you can just use your 12 word seed phrase to recreate the wallet in an app that does work. As a last resort.
