Hello,

I have account in www.gamebet.com (registered in 2017), account verified.
I had many times successfully withdrawals.
In Oct 2018 I made deposit 1100 euro, won 1034.55 euro, total balance 2290.59 euro.
My max stake was decreased to about 0.
In Oct, 24 2018 I placed withdraw request 490 euro, but dont received money, status still pending.
In Live chat I hear only one answer: Your question has been send to the relevant department, please wait, we're answer as soon as possible.
I sent about 20 emails to: support@gamebet.com and docs@gamebet.com but dont received any answer.

Yes and no. AFAIK BetConstruct has only submitted some of my usernames and my email address, so I will change my email address and give some of the newcomers a try. Moreover I have a dynamic IP.

As I've said in a previous thread 27.8% of the BC books I used have scammed me in a way. But in most of the scam cases the book "only" voided bets (60%) and/or returned my deposit (26.7%). That means "only" in 13.3% of the cases the book did serious damage by confiscating my deposit and/or going offline.

As long as the scam rate is below 50% I will continue trying some of these books. The only books I completely avoid are those with a Turkish background.

The fact is that, the betconstruct has changed its loyalty to dangerous players, about half a year ago. If you had a good payout a year or two ago, now the percentage of nopaying can be large. Everything changes with time, and books kill professional players. Your statistic is not correct now. We have another situation om market. Anyway, I wish you good luck with thit scamming books.

But I agree. It's not the same like it was in the beginning. Many reliable books changed the software provider or cut the lower level markets. Most of the books that are left in the market are shitbooks.

Why would you take out roughly 1/4 of your balance if they decreased your max stake zero ? What was the point of leaving any money on there if you can't wager it ?

In Dec, 10 I sent complaints to MGA.
In Jan, 9 I received answer from MGA:

I sent all Live chat transcripts and in Jan, 9 received another email:

We have made contact with the representative of Bet Service Group Limited (gamebet.com) on your behalf about the matter you raised, information has been requested with regards to the incident you refer to.

As soon as information becomes available to the Authority you will be notified accordingly.

BUt at this moment I dont received any emails from MGA.
