Short story
My account was at 0
I took 10 Percent bonus
So according to their rules my deposit + 10 % are locked in for 30 days

I went to withdrawal today after a good night
They are tying previous bonuses from previous deposits to my allowable withdrawal amount? Even though I was zeroed out

I've been with them 15 years and NEVER has this happened

They pulled something like this with me on Saturday, but with no bonus involved.

Made 2 deposits, no bonus taken in the past 7 days. First deposit was ran down to $.88. Then I made another deposit and ran it up to a nice chunk of change. Tried to withdraw and they were asking me to keep both deposits in their for 7 days. In the past, and left that you can't bet with they have reset for me.

2 different customer service reps pretty much blasted me for trying to get around their stated rules. Finally, a 3rd rep actually understood me and got it so I could withdraw.

I have never been talked to like that there...ever. I'm done at youwager and can't wait to tell them why when they call me this week.

I'll be sticking with the best for now on...bookmaker.eu and betonline.ag.

That is how "Gi Gi" got around it for me...what I forfeited from my deposit, she credited back to me after my withdraw was in process.

Yrs ago I had so many issues with Youwager. Everytime I would request a payout they would pull some shit where they would freeze my account and say I owe them money because of a transfer they were not able to pick up. It was such a headache and such bs I stopped using them. There are much better options than them

Yea I never have these problems. I have cashed almost 10k in last 2 weeks. I deposit multiple times during the day... Not doubting anyone but it would be scary if using bitcoin they are asking for 7 days before you can cash out..

I dont have an account there anymore. But I felt the beginning of the end was when they changed their max payouts (OVERNIGHT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE) from 3k a day/ 9k a week to 1k a day, 3k a week (is that still the case?). From the day that happened, something just felt off with that shop. That was about 2 years ago give or take.

I find it very odd to be taking 5k (or more?) on certain sides and having 1k max bitcoin payout.

Having said that, as long as they pay, im sure they are a good out for someone. But that basically goes for any book.

Lost 22k plus, noticed a fraud charge of 375, questioned them, they said it came from same IP address as last deposit so I must be stiffing them.. closed my account a few weeks ago, said i would be paid in full multiple times

then i had to do a "reversal" of 107 in mysterious fees/hold from a bitcoin deposit done in october... pending complaint but all i hear is crickets

not a huge amount, but closing someone's account and then charging them to get their own money out with bitcoin is really shitty

they wouldnt let me forfeit any bonus so i just kept going til i was drunk then lost it all

Youwager/Betpop has a glitch in their system which they are aware of and its a huge pain in the ass
The same shit that happened last week on my youwager account has now happened on my betpop account
made 3 small deposits for poker
i made sure i was zeroed out before depositing on each
the system is holding me to all three deposit amounts before withdrawl AGAIN
so ............... i can either not say shit and have my money locked up
or i can spend my entire morning explaining and resolving the same damn shit as before

this shit is flat out unacceptable and to boot im still missing a deposit they claim the never picked up

i contacted coinbase. they say the funds were accepted
