That's some weird logic my man. If I ran a company and someone was falsely claiming to be an employee I think I'd be upset about it if he was making false claims that could be detrimental to my company.

always a nightmare to be paid by Betonline !

Hi Everybody. This is my second payout request with Betonline, and my second bad experience. The first time, after i had waited for a too long time, i had been told that MB option wasn't available at the moment ! (whereas i had made deposit with that option and it clearly appeared in the list of payout options). I had never heard such a thing, so i immediately posted a complaint on SBR, and as miracle, a few hours later MB option was available again and i received money very shortly after my complaint. But i didn't really trust Betonline anymore, and so i decided to withdraw then my remaining balance (4102 usd).
I made my payout request the 7th of may and one day later i received an email confirming me i should receive money very shortly :

"Your payout have been approved already, can take from 12-36 to get to you"

That was the 8th of may.
One week later, no money, so i sent email to have news about my payout and received that email the 15th so:

"I appologise for the delay on the payout and I will have my payout department review what is going on with the payout they will be answering back to you with infromation regarding your payout within the next 24 hours"

More than 2 days later, as i have no news from the payout department (contrarly to what i had been told !), i don't want to lose time sending them another email. I think i begin to understand the way it works with Betonline : as long as one doesn't decide to post complaint on famous forum, they don't do anything ! I'm sure they could stay months like this and not send me any email to inform if i didn't do anything. That's regrettable it seems one has to always post complaint to be paid, but since i have no other choice too get my money...
I would like one day to be explained how Betonline can be so high -rated whereas it's one of the slowest bookmaker i know to pay customers ??? I agree variety of bets, odds, important stakes...are to be considered to rate a book, but speed of transactions is one of the most important criterial too ! I saw in SBR list bookmakers rated D that paid me within 1 day ! SO why is Betonline so long ? I'm wondering if they simply haven't enough available money in their MB accounts and have to wait that some customers make deposits Via MB to pay others with that money ...! Would it be possible???
Well, i'll post my second complaint,and once i receive my remaining balance, byebye Betonline !

I don't get it either. It's not like there offering any good bonuses for even putting your money in there. I remember when they used to match any other books offer, no matter what it was. Now you can barely get 20%. I love how they put "Up to $900 free play," on there site. Uhhh yeh after you send them $4500

Sarah I played with BOL a year or so ago when things were good. Alex C was the go to guy when we had problems. Are you taking his position? I see you have taken the BOL acct at SBR that he used back then. Back in the good ol days there were almost no BOL complaints and now it seems that every other complain here is BOL or Bovada. It also seems that every BOL complaint is about not being paid. As an outsider looking in it looks like it is a common practice now to delay and audit every winning poker account and try to say thet chip dumped. I am not a poker player and honestly dont use my sportsbook acct there anymore because service went from average to pretty bad. The book scares me quite honestly and I would never feel safe having over 500 there. It seems that if you win you are accused of cheating. I have played at every book around in my 18+ years of sports betting. Is the book ever gonna get it back together?

I used Betonline as long as i hadn't experienced their awful payout delay, but now i don't trust them anymore i've decided to withdraw my remaining balance. A bookmaker that guarantees customers payouts via MB within 36 hours but isn't able to pay after almost 10 days, that doesn't interest me ! Normally we would see at least one of them defending BOL . Not long ago Shari made post on how great BOL are , and all this minor issues are nothing in comparison of all the Great Perks BOL offer .

Emias21 is actually the player who received the chip-dumped funds when justwinthisone's account was hacked.

There is a fake passport on file with his/her account. The account was registered to a male, but the ID is female; and the player has hits in a fraud database shared by industry books. Fortunately, at least one player was able to get his money back in time from this scammer.
