I am in country so I am not allowed to play at BOL/LV, but if I could--would deposit big money today. They have deep pockets. This is ruff patch for the players no doubt, but a few nice mea culpas and some generous fp and all will be good

I was able to get through to them I think last Sunday. I asked for some sort of compensation for not being able to place winning wagers. I forgot his name, but he said that will NOT be happening. I asked for a free play, for anything..NOTHING coming your way boys. At least as of then, apparently they don't plan to compensate us in any manner. If anyone hears from them this WILL happen, then obviously post it here.

I also wouldn't jump to conclusions that SBR only rates books based on ad money spent. I think a lot of it has to do with the books legitimacy in paying out to customers. While SBR wants to get something out of it I'm sure, I wouldn't leap to think the grading system is ONLY to benefit the books. They are a site looking out for you people. Have some respect and stop acting like clowns.

I got the same message. I opened a browser, managed to navigate to the main page, then got this message when I tried to click on the sportsbook link. Apparently BetOnline have figured out how to identify and block their customers, while not actually doing anything about the hackers...

Had some concerns with log in ability(a few days ago) and pay outs, but BOL came through and did a crypto payout as promised. Still have a good chunk in my account and hope to withdrawl more in the coming days. Best of luck guys

How are they not emailing there clients daily? Especially with a message like this when going to their website. If i ran a company with issues like this, id be emailing all my clients multiple times a day with updates assuring them I am on top of things. I really think things are fine (long term) but they have the worst customer service of any company I can ever remember dealing with. Its a customer service issue almost as much as it is a technical issue.

BetOnline is still working through a DDoS attack right now, while it is frustrating to be shut out from placing a bet, the nature of this attack does not compromise your account balance or security. There are more details in the first post and the SBR newswire but essentially the DDoS or denial of service attack works by overloading a web server with many requests, such that the site suffers these performance issues. BetOnline is working through filtering the traffic and restoring normal service.

What do we need to email sbr for? i dont understand. I always feel like sbr should be a LAST RESORT. Betonline should be proactively attempt to work with customers whose money they hold without SBR.

Sbr being this involved reminds me of when sbr created/gave legitimacy to betislands. better if they try to just remain a watchdog.
