Uhh, yeah. They obviously have much different definitions of "quickly" and "dealt with" than I do. Is this site actually working reliably for people these days? I mean, I can sometimes get through, but it is unreliable at best, and unusable most of the time.

Hi, I deposited using litecoin and it's been more than 18 hours and the funds haven't been deposited in my account. I just logged in via desktop Chrome browser with ease. Having said that, they are not getting any money from me until I see some consistency. I agree any business can have problems. But without ONE email to their customers and as stated above....the fact the problem was quickly identified...doesn't mean solved (or quick).

I have more of a problem not getting a daily blast email giving us an update. Doesn't take hardly anything to do. The more they stayed quiet about this, the more people worry.

They certainly are very good at sending emails out looking for business; I get enough of those.

Having trouble logging in via the mobile log in the last few days. Tablet log in seems to work though. As a first time player of BOL, I luckily have ran a low thousand $ deposit into the upper 5 figures. I have been trying their 800 # the last couple days for withdrawal info. It’s not working. I’m trying both my iPhone and iPad and they won’t even let me access the cashier. I just want to withdrawal some of the money. Why are they doing this. So quick to take the money - but when it’s time to pay - it’s crickets and they disappear. About to start a new thread on this soon to get more exposure with pictures of my account balance and number if anyone can help.

Weird-weird. These people, for like 2 full weeks, cannot be reached. If you call, you get an unlimited voice recommending their clients to use Bitcoins. On and on it goes with no live human being working this site?
