Heres something to think about. They probably got crushed on the Super Bowl. Everyone I knew was taking the Eagles. And think about the fact that they had a unbelievable bonus for first-timers coming in before the Super Bowl. The only question is did those people have enough time to roll over the money and try to withdraw.
It's hard to believe in attack could take this long to figure out. You would think that if sbr was concerned they would at least warn us to get our money out of there way before now?

that's the dumbest argument ever...if they did get crushed which I doubt last thing they would want is to be down for period of time so the juice in stops flowing....they would just delay withdrawals which they have not done....that said SBR sports book review should downgrade them a half to full grade IMO as BOL has handled this horrible....Fair and balanced regardless of book

I think they have bring all extra people they could... They probably have millions of customers that almost never contact customer services... suddenly lots of them contact cs ... most companies dosent have 100s of trained people stading by in case of a big hacker attack.

I saw a tweet today that Todd Fuhrman and PayneInsider are doing a special episode of their Bet the Board podcast on Wednesday for the NCAA tournament. Betonline was a big sponsor of that podcast during the NFL season, and Dave Mason from BOL would come on every week for one segment each show. It will be interesting to hear if betonline is still sponsoring the show, if Dave Mason comes on like usual, and if he addresses what's been happening with their website.

They are not going to shut down and funds are safe...but your point on sbr is valid..shouldn’t a book who experiences these prolonged site issues not be downgraded? What is the grading system for it should be fluid and change when issues occur....should drop half to full grade IMO sports book review..fair and balanced

Frankly this is worrying. At least we expected a detailed explanation in regards to the status of the ''maintenance''. How many days are down or not working properly? It is an A+ rated bookmaker!!!

Since there's an official representative of BetOnline that has an account right here at SBR (the one with the BOL logo that pm'd members when they were first experiencing site disruption) why are they not at least stepping forward to allay some of the concerns that are growing rampant?

Well I got an email from betonline about 8 pm mon. It said what everyone figured or found out. They were attacked and have it about licked. It was up tonight for me and all is well with balance etc...
it also said they may have a few glitches along the way. I wish they would of offered some free play.
so I have a 2nd account at another book just to be safe... but I will give them a chance. Been with them 10 years and they have been fine over the years.

For me is the best bookmaker around by far. I am kind of surprised on how poorly have they dealt with this attack. Some months ago i was saying that they have surpassed Bookmaker and the rest of the really big players. Hope they will be soon come back to their well known standards.
