Still can’t log in via mobile - after many days. Tablet site kinda works - can’t read messages. Cancelled my crypto withdrawal request with no email, call, message - frustrating.

This completely misses the point and actually supports what he is saying. If BOL was going down, they wouldn’t be allowing cash outs. The fact that they are allowing cash outs shows that they expect to remain in business and therefore want to maintain goodwill with their customer base.

My payout request of their sister site lowvig.com is about 72 hours old (past their stated 48 hour maximum) and hasn't been received. They replied to my first support message saying "soon". I can't log into the site either.

My BTC payout I requested yesterday 9AM accepted, processed at 5PM or so, and hit my BTC wallet at 1AM in this morn....So that is within there 24 hours they state in email at BOL....I am sure they will be fine and i trust them as a top book as stuff happens...That said this is serious issue over 2 weeks with these kind of issues....How can SBR not drop them down a little half or full grade??? If I was owner heritage, bookmaker, 5dimes ect and a PAYING ADVERTISER and affiliate with SBR i would be irate that BOL is still same rating, I would pull my AD dollars....what good are ratings if they are not fluid and move up and down with good and bad....SBR needs to be fair and balanced at top management level with person who grades books

Lot's of people are indicating doubt over the DOS attack and the length of time it takes to bring it back up. I'm a software engineer, and I don't doubt that it could take this long. Very competent and sophisticated teams could structure their software/hardware so they can have a hot fix in seconds, or rebuild their infrastructure and filter out attack in minutes/hours. However, it's entirely possible they lack the sophistication on their servers, staff, and networking set up to do this and it could easily drag into days/weeks. If it was an intrusion hack rather than a DOS attack, that could be much worse as that could mean their internal data could be corrupt/stolen. The difference in performance between mobile/tablet/web is not surprising. It could be as simple as them splitting the load between web/mobile on different servers and having the mobile server be more recent and a higher class machine that can better withstand a DOS attack.
Having said that, I have a different worry. One suggestion I haven't heard made is that they don't properly hedge their bitcoin position. That's what scares me. Bitcoin has dropped 30%+ recently, and if they were holding a sizable position, they might have trouble meeting payout demands. I hope this is not the case, but possible.

I am pretty sure that most FIAT books like BOL use 3rd party processioning for BTC in and out so that I do not believe would be the case...

I don't think I'm missing any point here. I certainly hope BetOnline's intent is to stay in business. At some point, though, they will have to provide a usable web site in order to make good on that intent. Hopefully that happens soon.

This morning I received email

Please be advised that we received your withdraw request, please could you confirm making the request by responding to this email with one of the options below:
A - Yes I did request this withdrawal.
B - No, I did not request this withdrawal.

I replied but….

I have to imagine betonline was way more vulnerable than they should have been. If so, shame on them. Correct me if I am wrong (i very well could be as i am not a computer expert). So disappointing.

I recall a few years ago this happened to Pinnacle as well. It was during Super Bowl or March Madness I can't remember. It was resolved in a few days though unlike BetOnline which is dragging on way too long.

Agree. Yesterday i started thinking more positive since tablet layout was up and working perfectly but today is down again. Seems that are totally unable to bring forward a solid plan that solves the problem. So disappointing, this is my favourite bookmaker

NOTHING is working for me. This email feels so tone deaf. Better than the silence at the beginning of this nightmare but come on.
Its a business. You are holding MY hard earned money and supposed to deliver a service. Provide it. I can give you some wiggle room but a full 2 weeks? wow wow wow.
Today is a big day.
Our team has worked hard through the night to make sure you can get your action in on today’s games.
We are optimistic that last night’s update was a huge step towards resolving the network issues. You may still experience an occasional connection issue but if you do, remember to try going directly to either mobile.betonline.ag or tablet.betonline.ag. You can even type the tablet URL in your desktop browser.
Again, I would like to thank you for the patience you’ve shown as we continue our work to restore services to 100%.
Sincerely,
S. Francis

The fact is day 1 of the ncaa tournament is as bad (or worse) than any of the previous 14 days. This leads me to believe that the issue is far from under control.

They responded to me that they processed my $3500 payout... but sent me a link to a transaction (which I did receive) for $1400. The ensuing support emails trying to reconcile the difference reads like an Abbot and Costello routine. Let's see if this ever gets sorted.
> Editing this post to indicate that this is with the BOL sister site lowvig, which has also been down.

Had 2 payouts the last couple of weeks since this disaster. Both went very smoothly and were in my bitcoin wallet in less than 24 hrs. I just hope that the majority of players moved most of their available funds away from BOL. You never know, all funds might be frozen with all the losses their websites are experiencing. Safeguard what's yours people .

I wanted daily emails, I'm getting them. But as you folks said, don't say we're "close" when apparently we're not. No desk, no mobile, yes tablet. Ehhhh.
