from an experience like this i had at another site they explained to me they this occurs due to cloud flare as it is picking up multiple failed log in attempts from that IP and thus with the ddos protection blocking that IP...normally it is just for a short period then it is ok again...You can try rebot of modem as that sometimes refreshes IP...Not sure if this is case with BOL just similar i experienced elsewhere while back w site that had cloudflare

It will not work and block me, then 5 mins later it lets me in to the main page, click on live betting and bam blocked IP page. wait 5 mins and rinse and repeat. I actually made it to the live bet page this last time, but once clicking on a game it booted me again.

Does anyone use BOL's sister site lowvig.ag ? I use them and am trying to cash out but the cashier section won't open. Every other section of the site opens except the cashier. I emailed them and they said try again. I wrote back and stated that it still won't work and am waiting to hear back.

Clearing your cache and browsing history should fix the problem accessing the cashier when you can access the rest of the site.

Password has been changed, yes. They reversed the wager the first time it happened without question, although the live chat agent told me it was a one-time exception to their policy. Live chat today told me account managers were going to need to investigate the matter and get back to me by email. I'm not optimistic. Luckily it wasn't that much, I managed to get the rest of my money out earlier in the week. But clearly they're still having some problems.

I figured if it was wide spread someone else would have mentioned it by now, just wanted to check to make sure.

Their conclusion is that I placed the wager myself. Even though there is nothing in my wager history to suggest I would ever place a wager on the first half of a soccer match between Thailand and Gabon, and they acknowledge I was hacked just a few days earlier, they refuse to refund the wager.

They then go on to give me lots of tips on how to keep my account safe. Kind of ironic coming from a website that has been struggling to deal with DDOS attacks for almost a month now.

I'll be filing a complaint with SBR. Very disappointing from an "A+" rated book.

Did they really "acknowledge you had been hacked"?

Pretty sure you posted that they did not but gave you a goodwill void and a warning it was a once off.

Did you do anything to secure your connection/device after that?

"Being hacked" is your responsibility if it comes from your end and you do nothing to address it after the first time. That is normal industry practice.

Hopefully they will see their way clear to doing another void if SBR asks them to consider it, but you'll be lucky to get it in my experience. Especially when you are trying to place all responsibility on the book. This is something that makes them less likely to want to help. As they end up with people claiming that they admitted some fault, or acknowledged you were hacked in your case.

Just a heads up that might help you navigate this better with them.

Not on LowVig.. Cashier page loads, but shows as blank on all browsers. No amount of cookie or cache clearing will help.
