exactly, mobile betting has always worked, but it's an odd feeling betting and winning not knowing if you'll ever see those funds. i'm not betting anymore until their website works for people from all over, not just weird random parts of the world. some dude who lives 200km from me says he can get on but i can't. if they shut down for a DDoS, they are essentially closing their portal to the world while they secure breaches and repair damage from the attack, it shouldn't work for some but not for others. I'm a computer scientist and my job is related to online security. i'm not calling people liars but if it works for one, it should work for all. you don't geo-block a server shutdown, especially one from a city 200km from another. I'm optimistic they are nearly done recovering. 2 weeks of casino play and a nice reload bonus and they'll be fine, if they can get back online, pun intended.

Still not able to access cashier section, 403 Forbidden. Mobile and tablet for waging work smoothly, but what's the point of keep placing bet if you have no access to cashier and payout? Also my most recent cyber payout went past the 48 hours time frame.

I stand corrected. I tried logging in using my girlfriend, who's from Montreal's phone, tethered her data, and could log in, access the cashier and make a cashout. Wow.. I'd love to know what they are doing over there. They won't take Bell but had no problem with Videotron. Icon was right. Now I'll just pray that money hits my wallet in 24 hours or less.

Rogers and Bell are a no-go. Videotron from Quebec and Cogeco works. So weird. Anyway. I hope they fix it all soon but I'd love to know why some ISPS are blocked, it defies everything i know about a DDoS but thanks for the screenshots, it got me to try the girlfriend's data and sure enough, I got in and got my money out, hopefully. I won't be dealing with them again for a long, long time of profound consistency.

I had no money on the site but constantly got these mails telling me the site is down. I tried to login and it worked fine. So at some point I received the 200% bonus offer, I cashed in on March 16th, no problem, They would not credit me the bonus though as I had a cashout on February 14th which they claim was within 30 days. I was a bit annoyed but I thought ok, not worth debating much I ll go cash-in a bit more later and receive the bonus. I tried on the 18th but it did not work and I could not log in since, having a deposit sitting on the site.

I also feel it is a terrible business practice to send around a bonus offer to "selected" customers and after one made a deposit to not credit it on questionable grounds.

Being down for three weeks and counting should cost them a little downgrade??? when have you heard of 5D, Pinnacle or Bet365 being down for more than a few hours? I will never deal with them again. It works for me when i tether from my girlfrend's phone;s data plan. i've been calling them daily for 2 weeks and they don't have any customer service, so "whitelisting" is not a thing. I will keep my money out of there. The only reason I bet there was their 24 hr payouts, their prices aren't great, over a yearm you'd save 5-10% of your BR by betting with 5D or Pinny.

i talked to their dave mason guy on twitter and he said the 50 was cash and not privy to rollover. i assumed i'd never see it so i played a 4 teamer with it and unfortunately hit it so now all i can do is pray the process my withdrawal. they usually are 24 or less and i cashed out 12 hours ago so...
