then she came back and said they were experiencing delays, but she escalated it so i should get it within 24 hrs

While short term hiccups withdrawal wise are annoying, it stands to make sense that very few books would be able to handle the increase in withdrawal requests that betonline must be seeing. This is more than likely all just a result of mind boggling incompetent IT team. Website is down for a month, withdrawal requests are up 50X what they normally handle and delays happen. Doesnt mean they are out of $. Doesnt mean they are flourishing. Just means they have handled this last month so mind bogglingly bad that I would have been shocked if withdrawal delays weren't included.

I totally agree with everything you are saying. But if that is the case then mention it on you damn website before people make a deposit/withdraw!
Also, they are not blaming themselves. But rather the "processors". They keep telling me that everything on their end is done.

They sent all the information to the "processors" and now you have to wait for the "processors" to "process 'it......

Even if every single person does make a withdraw at once it still shouldn't take this long. I could have received a wire in 3 days. This is a huge point of crypt-currencies. Send what you want, how much you want, and when you want! This just doesn't make sense on so many levels. So damn frustration!!!

If this was happening to players in general SBR would be blowing up about it.

It sounds very very strange, and maybe it is some sort of glitch if they are reversing it for you without argument each time. But I think it must be just your account for some reason. I'd move on too after it happening twice but if you have any issues getting it reversed or your money out shoot in an SBR complaint form.

Password has been changed, yes. They reversed the wager the first time it happened without question, although the live chat agent told me it was a one-time exception to their policy. Live chat today told me account managers were going to need to investigate the matter and get back to me by email. I'm not optimistic. Luckily it wasn't that much, I managed to get the rest of my money out earlier in the week. But clearly they're still having some problems.

I figured if it was wide spread someone else would have mentioned it by now, just wanted to check to make sure.
