they responded to my email and said try to log in again as it should be fixed. Works 1 time and then ip banned again. getting out of control.
Then I had a live wager go through, money removed from my account and for some reason the wager was not in my pending wagers. look at my transactions page and it shows my wager with a wager number and everything but its blank where the infi is normaly. Email them and all they do is refund the bet amount. not the winnings I should of had from it.

The 30 day wait is only if you take up one of their deposit bonuses. The only issue may be they require you at least bet what you deposit before withdrawing though (I know some books have this rule to prevent you from using their site to wash funds or convert crypto). I know Bookmaker has it for credit card deposits. I would ask online chat if they have it. Other than that, there's no time frame.

If you deposited without a bonus, you still need to roll it over one time. After that you can withdraw immediately.

Correct one time. There is a rollover tabulation right at the top of the screen when you sign in. Any other books do that. At least ONE positive for BOL. But they have other headaches right now.

Think about how glitchy the site must be to make 1 do that. but in betonlines defense, the site was full of glitches before the problems of the last month. Keeps logging me out after 2 seconds today.

That is definitely one of their rules for bonuses. I don’t have a link but I looked it up just the other day. Sorry.

Tip: I did take advantage of this 200% reload bonus. Before I deposited, I had an agent confirm via live chat that I was eligible. I literally had him promise me that I would receive the bonus when I deposited and then took a screen shot of our conversation. A couple days later I made the deposit and, sure enough, didn’t automatically receive the bonus because of a rule that I missed - I had a bunch of pending future bets. But I was able to get them to make an exception because of my live chat conversation with them two days before.
