2. We need to clean that up a bit, but I can tell you that almost anything that you bet counts towards the rollover with the exception of horses and for casino it is a higher rollover but it counts as well with the exception of a few games...

I understand your concern about the hold period but we are simply watching out for ourselves and we will always pay you out on time...... Just so you all know as well we do not apply a hold on all bonuses, just the larger ones, so just take a smaller bonus and the reduced juice with all the perks and no hold....

This is not a trend it is the norm for us and will continue to be our main concern. what more can a player ask for.... nice incentives, great bonuses, excelent customer service and fast payouts....you cant lose with us!
