        Robert wrote in the e-mail that he knew that this was inconvenient for us but that he decided to change the policy because it would add to the security for both the players and Bet911.         As long as they don't start using "security checks" as a reason to delay payment. That's when things get shady. When BetJamaica asked me to send it by they verified the legitimacy of the passport while I was on live chat, so 5 minutes maybe. I have one scanned and ready to go, and if I know that the bookie will ask for a passport upon cashout I am always proactive and send it to them at the same time as I register. But even then some bookies will cite "security and documentation check" for days until they process a withdrawal.
