Just talked to Carl at Bet Horizon. Carl is a great guy and customer service is his speciality. He will do well there and BetHorizon seems to be an up and coming book. Even though they are new to me, they have been around for 15 years and I haven't seen any negitive reports on them. I'm going to give them a try.

I'm another customer that have a bad times with Bet911. Currently one of the SBR team members is dealing with my complaint, so I'll wait till this matter is finished and will tell more after that.
