Just talked to Carl at Bet Horizon. Carl is a great guy and customer service is his speciality. He will do well there and BetHorizon seems to be an up and coming book. Even though they are new to me, they have been around for 15 years and I haven't seen any negitive reports on them. I'm going to give them a try.

Carl started a new thread last night:"Giving Bethorizon a boost" and the thread disappeared, what are SBR banning advertising through the forum?

I think it is crap... Carl was great and added value to players ... he should be allowed to use the forum for that... as long as it offers value to players it is OK.

Since Carl left they are a dead duck... insignificant D rated book ... although I hear they pay fast ... but try and win a couple of bets with them and your limit is down to pennies... not worth the effort.

I think they will limit steam players winners or losers from what I have read in this thread... I havent read one complaint about slow payments with them... At least on this thread...

I haven't heard any non-payment report about B911, in fact I only heard that they pay very fast, but if you have a winning run with them, they will limit you to $25 like most minor books.

having a winning run with them is against their unsustainable business model, and yes, i have a problem with them which indicates their foul play and they just bluntly refused to face it

I am sorry to hear that. Have you involved SBR? If you are in the right on this one then I am sure they could help you sort it out quickly. In previous complaints bet911 have shown that they are willing to bend over for the good people here.

It would be interesting to know the nature of your complaint; Slow-pay, no-pay, limiting, someone being an asshole to you... ?

I'm another customer that have a bad times with Bet911. Currently one of the SBR team members is dealing with my complaint, so I'll wait till this matter is finished and will tell more after that.

All I can say for now is that they have been very unprofessional and dishonest.

Just please tell me that the issue is not a bonus complaint, more specifically something about their freeplay rules or their non-standard-but-well-known activity day hold (and avg. bet size) on bonuses? Those are pretty much the only thing I have heard people complain about when it comes to bet911, but I wouldn't stop playing there just because some people don't want to read rules.

Actually it is average bet rule, but in my case it should be called non-standard-and-totally-unknown activity day hold rule

this is for today, but how can this be done since there are only 3 games on the board today? betting PS and O/U on ALL games gets me to 6 (no moneylines allowed)...

is this a dead promo or what? that's the norm with NBA on thursdays and no other active sports are good for this - per rules
