Oh I laughed throughout this thread...
This is some classic good stuff...
Seriously though, must be a pain for BetPhoenix to have to put up with this... Good Job and I for one will be signing up with Bet Phoenix in the next couple of days dropping around $3k... Getting the max bonus of $1.5K I believe
Thanks for the entertainment... it was enjoyable..

How did this guy get 6k in the account to begin with? Was it numerous deposits? And is he claiming the book told him they would refund his money due to his story about the kid? Certainly, this guy isn't looking too well.
Anyway, if he deposited $500 and lost, then deposited again, how much time lapsed? It would just be so much better if the book can make these decisions before taking the bets.
Even if you send an email canceling the bet before game starts, a person might not see it.

This thread is like trial by tabloid newspaper.
I have no idea of the rights and wrongs which seem to reside in the detail and would require a thorough investigation, but I am amazed how many of you trust BetPhoenix.
I was eventually paid out in full but only after I was told repeated lies by their staff.
Phoenix obviously want to have a big expansion and so created the so-called Turnkey books of S-1 and BetOT. They used this word Turnkey to imply the books would be safe by association with Phoenix but once shit hit the fan at these Turnkeys, they repeatadly refused to answer the question as to whether they were legally responsible for payouts relating to them. They are still trying bait and switch behind the scenes claiming to be so terribly confused as to whether people made their deposits before or after the change in rules - amazing then that they managed to make this connection between this person's (the parlay winner's) S-1 account and his Phoenix account so fast, and to take such swift payout action.

Fiveteamer,
He put me in the position to have to post the info, and his name was not attached to it.
I also did not mention earlier that sports-1 actually gave him 3K of the 6k losses from his "son" back to his balance after that happened to extend what I consider stupidly kind service to him. Sports-1 made the ultimate attempt to go the mile for this guy and this is what you get at the end of the day. So when you say classy, I think that says a lot from this end.
Ruffcut,
This was his second deposit at Phoenix, and he lost the first 1. Both were refunded to him once he was identified regardless of outcomes (we also refunded all previous losses). It did not happen right away as you are suggesting. I am not attempting to be argumentative here either.

I can't speak to the ********** situation....but as to the question about canceling the play...the question should be whether any of the games in the parlay had started.

This might have just emerged as the quote of the thread, although I admit there are many worthy candidates. I have a pending withdraw with this group, but this quote makes me want to sign up at Sports-1!!!!
Edit: Richard, I really believe your work here is finished, but others please keep this up. I am now trying to be sure I set my coffee cup down before I start reading to avoid accidents.

Whole different ball game there. Those were CC refunds from a phoenix account to a phoenix account. Speed is based solely on the processor there and they responded quickly.
As far as your OT situation is concerned, we are stepping in to assist with the issue there to make sure you can get paid.

You basically said if you dont refund the cc your going to do a ********** following the advice of your lawyer who found that you can lose all you want at blackjack as long as you claim a 13-year old did it. You got caught in your scam after a drunk night blackjacking and they still apparently tried to give u 3k back which if true is out of this world generous that they would do that since its a horseshit story and even if by some 1 in a billion chance it were true its your responsibility to protect your account, what do u want betphoenix to put a security guard in front of your computer to tackle all the kids/fiancees/wives youve got emptying your account

If this tool really left the Blackjack window open, wouldn't it automatically make you re-log back in after a few minutes of inactivity?
I bet his wife knows nothing about the 6k he dropped! She would cut his balls off!

RJ gotta say I have no complaints how he handled this... I really like when books come on and give their side of the story and actually LISTEN to what players and other people have to say...
Now only if you could go get a job at BETED and get that guy his $7k...

So in summary phoenix will pay back some to trailer trash scammer whilst its 'turnkey' legit customers can go whistle
but will be paid back eventually (when they get round to funding etc etc)
theres nowt I've heard here which would encourage me to deposit again at any of these books (parent or the inept 'turnkeys)

Here are 10 excuses I am giving Bet Phoenix the next time I lose $$ and I want it back.
10. Michael J Fox used my computer and typed in $5000 instead of $50 to cover on Louisville last night.
9. I have schizophrenia and my alter ego bets the opposite in what I truly believe is a good bet
8. JJ told me to bet it
7. I left my computer on when I left the house and a burgler came into my home. He made a PBJ sandwich. Played my bankroll on Live Roulette. Erased all my episodes of "Super Sweet 16" on Tivo and crapped on my lawn.
6. Lost my arms in Nam' and recently had an arm transplant. Arm belonged to Jimmy The Greek. Now all I do is pick losing games and write racial epitaths to African Americans.
5. Hanging out with 5Teamer. He made me a drink, spiked it with acid. I swore Louisville was getting 37 when I placed that bet online!
4. I thought my stimulus check was being sent to my betting account. If I had known otherwise, I never would have had 3 credit card chargebacks in the last week. Please count my $500 wager that netted me $5500. I am good for it.
3. The Louisville line was not fair. All the other gambling sites had the game off the board late in the 2nd half.
2. One of Angelina Jolies adopted kids used my computer and thought dropping $300 a hand on Baccarat was a small bet.
1. I thought I was spending money on internet porn.

i was playing live baccarat on BetPhoenix with a free $50 they gave around Christmas time when they launched their "live" casino's, i got my account up to about $2200, I was doing so well I decided to wager the whole roll, so I put up the entire $2200 on one hand...as the live dealer dealt the hand, one of her massive breasts fell out of her string bikini and covered my hand on the table....as i sat there drooling and considering snapping my carrot, my 13 year old parakeet named Juaqin Phoenix, in his heroin fueled daze, flew into my laptop screen and broke the exact pixels that let me view the dealers hand...so i'm left sitting at my cpu, staring at fake milkbag and a partially broken screen with my joint in one hand...needless to say my money was lost...this is not fair..if this doesn't warrant a refund, i don't know what does...

I am disappointed they gave anything back as well. What for? So this tool has seed money to steal off of someone else.
You can bet Thegreek or CRIS would have told him to go f uck himself, and kept his money.
And I would have agreed with them.

First off, you were only in the middle of two games. Two hadn't started yet. For future reference, you should deposit through Moneygram or Western Union. You will not have to worry about money that you do not have to come bite you back in the ass

The fact that the two games had started is the only thing that concerned me about this case. Perhaps, in an ideal world it should have been paid as a 2-team parlay and the other two voided, but there are probably enough mitigating factors to side with the books decision as reasonable.
