Time to take aim at SBR for BetIsland Fiasco
This needs to be the end of SBR. For months, they shoved instance after instance under the rug of problems going on at BetIslands for their own financial benefit.

Think about it, these people made money that should be going to you. In my eyes, they are even bigger crooks than SSLP/Jon.

They was no change in grade or commentary about the payout issues players were having so that they could continue to feed the beast and get deposits until it finally fell apart.

I wrote emails letting them know that my $5000 check requests were turning in to sporadic $975 PTP withdrawals that eventually stopped. There was no change in grade on BI until everything had been trust out in to the open and there was no more money to scam from innocent people.

That beautiful office that they have down there in Costa Rica should perish. I personally would love to see all in the industry pull out of anything benefiting SBR and watch that sucker go in to foreclosure so they can feel what the players are feeling for their ridiculous actions.

Their statements that the players should have been aware are ridiculous - we were aware and trying to pull our funds out as quickly as possible. The whole backbone of this SBR business model is to provide information to individuals who do not have access to it. Eventually, that turned in to screwing those same people who helped build their business.

I'm not a threatening or violent person and I'm not showing up on anyones door step to voice my displeasure - I am far too busy for that. But, I will do everything that I can to ensure that the people who screwed me and hundreds of other innocent people will not continue to benefit while running their operation with money that was stolen from people who were obviously and grossly mislead for the benefit of scum.

I lost no money in BI, I think its fishy, just trying to get both sides of the story before I break out the pitchforks... Everyone here would have already hanged the Duke lacrosse team back in 06.

Pull Your Money Out Unless Books stop doing business with SBR

I've written 5Dimes and DSI/Bookmaker letting them know that if they continue to do business with SBR, that I'm pulling my 5 figure balances out.

Now, obviously these entities will survive without my business and will not put up much of a fuss just for me.

If everyone effected by SBR's snow job does the same, maybe we can affect some change and stop letting scumbags like SBR profit from our stolen funds.

for a guy that is pretending to be openminded, you are awefully intolerant of other peoples opinions

it is obvious from the posts on this forum that almost everyone agrees with the op and disagrees with your point of view, so what are the chances that you are the one that's right?

SBR's failed thought process with BetIslands

It's obvious SBR knew that BI was in trouble. I'm certain they were involved in some way and had to have this information. Even if they didn't, players posting and emailing consistantly about slow pays would lead them to believe that there was a problem.

SBR knew about the financial situation of BI and didn't say anything because they didn't want to ruin their cash cow. If they came out and stated that BI was in financial difficulty, there would be a run on withdrawals, eliminating their income from BI.

They hoped that an alternative would be found and risked their entire reputation and integrity that BI would get bailed out. Why, with all of the affiliate books that they have, would they risk their reputation on one 2 year old sportsbook? Because they were in on it. There is no other explaination...they risked their reputation because they were in on BI and couldn't see it fail.

They didn't post anything about the slow pays, didn't change the grade on the site and overall just sat there hoping that something would happen and that it wouldn't come to this.

Well, it didn't. SBR is the primary culprit in this whole thing. They are a sham operation and need to be exposed for what they are...thieves.

I would love to see someone from SBR poke a hole in any of this logic at all. I would love to hear why there was no movement when everyone knew there was an issue at hand a lot bigger than "processing difficulties".

Come on SBR, give us your response!

My thinking is that SBR is a total mess right now. New SBR Pros? You got to be kidding. JJGold? Pied piper gone. Most of his kiddie corp elsewhere. Who knows if Gold went down in the New York thing. I should really have been banned by now, but since I haven't been I'll continue to pound away at these scammers until I am. Rudderless ship right now. And how much abuse will these aholes take. I've been attacking them personally because as one of the founding members, I feel personally slimed by them. They not only deserve the abuse, but they appear to be gutless in stopping it. Steal my money and I'll fu*k with you the only way I can. Probably no one in charge right now. These boys are running scared....too scared to control their forum.

I'll go further and say this heist took place because they know very well the end of offshore as we know it now is imminent. They knew that before this went down. So stuff your pockets and run boys. Too many Feds already on the site and more coming. Possible indictments.... I don't know....but possible. Probably no new contracts to be signed except with the likes of 7RedFred or Betus.

Yeah these posts and clicks are adding to their numbers but advertisers or potential advertisers are reading the contents. This place is the official joke of the offshore world and it will now stay that way. Horses are out of the barn and the barn is on fire.

The masses are always right...... I'm done trying to convince people to look at it from SBR's side, cause 99% of people already have their mind made up. I've got no affiliation with SBR, I fukkin wish I got paid to sit here and type. Obviously that means little when said over a computer, but not much else I can do.
