I am SHOCKED at YOUWAGER.EU'S BEHAVIOR!

So me and my mother wanna bet some football today. I know its shocking that a woman In kentucky watches sports and wagers on it. It was a big shock to YOUWAGER apparently too. she has an N SPEND card. I asked youwager if I could use her card to deposit if we sent in her PHOTO ID and utility bill... other books have done it.. NOOO big deal.... welll I was then informed that YOU WAGER DOES NOT ACCEPT CC FROM WOMEN.. THEY ONLY ACCEPT THEM FROM MEN.

Then I was asked how much I want to deposit. I wanted to deposit the minimum, $25. I was then informed that would be impossible because women can only deposit through **.. and they told me "Everyone has $50" . I told them they were not very professional. They said I was not pro for wanting to use my moms card to deposit $25

WHO SAID I WAS A PRO!. Ive never been more insulted by a book in my life. It didnt feel like a professional book.. it felt more like a shady bookie in a bar with an attitude.. I tried to post the entire transcript here.. But for some reason it wont allow me.. saying theres too many pics in the transcript.. if someone can show me how to do it I will post it all.. AS I AM SHOCKED that i would get talked to like this.. FROM A "REPUTABLE" SPORTSBOOK!

Now I know I will get attacked.. called a small player.. from others here..and yes.. I am a small player. But I can tell you ive ran 20 up to over 1 grand multiple times.. and over 2 grand a few times too..

But whether big or small atleast show some respect for your players. If you dont want small players raise your limits.. AND IF YOU DONT WANT WOMEN, JUST BAN WOMEN FROM YOUR SITE!

lol no thats not me.. and the card is a N SPEND card.. its not a CC.. and its really know big deal n spend cards are easy to get.. just go to any local ace.. what troubles me is the customer service here.. its very troubling to see a sportsbook actually talk to customers in that manner.. its shocking to me.. They just dont seem very professional.. I should have known that from that start when they revealed my password to be very easily in chat... all I did was tell them my name city and state... All respectable books will only allow deposits from a card that has the same name with the account holder. It's standard practice. No big deal at all, if you want to deposit with mummas card, have mumma open an account, simple.

Well I know of no more respect book than Heritage sports.. and I know for a fact that 'mumma' uses one card in her name and a card in someone elses name... all that was asked was to send in the ID and card of the person.. so you dont know what you're talking about.. ALSO my friend uses his WIFES ******** card to deposit.. So either you do not know what you are talking about, or you don't consider heritage a respectful book (which I find them VERY reputable and outstanding).

Nope. It bothers me more that you were trying to deposit using a card that wasn't yours, and complaining that they wouldn't let you.

I don't play at YouWager so I don't know much about the CS, but you don't come off well trying to deposit $25 ion a 3rd party card and when you're told you can't cry bad CS and tell tem other books allow this. If Heritage lets you do 3rd party CC deposit why not go with them instead of wasting time arguing with YouWager customer service

AS LONG AS THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE CARD SENDS IN A PHOTO ID AND AN AUTHORIZATION FORM STATING YES THAT YOU GIVE THIS PERSON PERMISSION TO USE THIS CARD! Why is that a problem for you? and.. its N SPEND PREPAID CARD.. not a CC card.... CC dont work in online gambling anymore.. only NSPEND does..
