Raleigh I've been having the same issue with 5dimes checks. I've been depositing with tellers even though site recommends doing thru ATM and so far so good. I asked the teller why ATM wasn't accepting them and was told if it doesn't recognize the bank on the check such as foreign banks it may not accept it. I bank with one of those you mentioned

As another poster ascertained in his situation, I had to deposit the check with a teller because the machine didn't recognize the foreign bank. I got it a week after requesting it.

Apparently we may never know. You probably saw I started a long thread asking this question several days ago and have yet to get a response... maybe you'll have more luck.

I'm in the USA.

Requested a 3k max withdrawal from 5 Dimes on Sunday 12-23.

There is a popup notice when accessing their site, stating that they are not processing withdrawals during much of last week and this next week due to the holidays. And that there may be further delays due to the banks and other services being slower than normal.
So I was warned there will be a delay.

Haven't received anything yet, will update when I do.

(The previous 2 months with the same withdrawal request, payment was received in 2 days both times).
