I'm not really sure what you mean about Adelaide's legal tactics. It was Jayapura who took it to the Courts.
I honestly think Adelaide will take this one comfortably. Jayapura have only been in adelaide for just over 24 hours. They left from their home city 5 days ago but were held up in Jakarta due to **** issues. Two top strikers will be missing as they never got their entry visas. Even their coach said they were 'little boys' compared to A-League competition. I don't think it is that bad but he doesnt seem to have much hop of a win and has told them to 'have fun'.
There is not much to compare these two teams with, but I think is a good example are these two results from 2010 AFC comp.

Jayapura seem quite weak away from home. They have only 1 AFC win, and that was on Indo soil. With some big losses while playing away. I think Adelaide win 3-1 or 4-1. Something like that.

Jayapura won the Indonesian premier league last season and are therefore entitled to a place in the Champions league, Adelaide; no doubt encouraged by the Indonesian federation, tried to have them disqualified as they have moved into the ISL which is really all about the ineptitude of public organisations in Indonesia.
In my opinion Adelaide were not particularly sporting in claiming a walkover.
I think Jayapura's away record is very much reflective of the absolute ordeal a flight from Jayapura to Jakarta is, having done it probably 20 times I would compare it to a sydney-singapore flight, add that to a multi stop flight for the AFC matches they have played in the past and I think it has strongly affected their away results in the past. This game however I'm quite certain they have been in Jakarta for the past two weeks before heading to Adelaide, I don't think anyone would expect them to win but odds of 36! a 2.6% chance!! seems way too harsh to me!
Anyway match is already at half time 1-0 to Adelaide, Papuans have given them a couple of scares but Adelaide are clearly in control.

Marrow, don't get me wrong, I think Jayapura deserve to be playing in this qualifying match. They have proved more than worthy. But Adelaide have had no involvement in the court cases, nor have the Football Federation of Australia.
This has always been a legal issue between the Indonesian Premier League & PSSI/FIFA.
Anyway, im pretty impressed with Jayapura goalkeeper. He has done very well, and it is quite obvious travel and late arrival have had an effect on the team. They have played fairly well all things considered. Better than I expected.Comment -
