Hamburg completely changed their lineup. Looking at your 20x on Stuttgart, I'd worry a bit now. Especially because Stuttgart ain't exactly what you call a good team either.

Yeah, you've got to be really scared with the coaching change. Cardoso will be fiery and demand a good first game. I was going by initial reports VfB was feeling a full team and 'not taking Hamburg lightly'. Now it appears they're playing a bit of an odd lineup. I like Cacau against that HSV defense though. Not as confident, but moderately confident. It's a game the should win, but like the VfB coach said, HSV shouldn't be at the bottom of the table to begin with.Originally posted by decado

Loved the fight out of HSV, and hope they can keep it up as I said. Frankfurt was a 1.Bundesliga team and Dresden was a 3.Liga team last year. So Frankfurt should win this on the road. But at similar odds, I like the over 2.75 between teams that averaged 4.5 and 3 combined goals per game respectively. Frankfurt is also a team that comes out scoring on the road and has 13 goals in the last 4 road games and is 3-1-0. Definitely like the over.
I like Sparta Prague to win this Gambrinus league this year as they've jumped out to a great start, while other squad have question marks. At home, against a bottom tier squad, this should be a big win. The biggest problem is this Sparta squad seems to be a win by 1 at home and a win by 2 on the road. I think they make a statement this game and get it by two or three for the home fans.
Lyngby is a very poor squad, but is downright pathetic on the road. Match them up against a top half AaB squad in Aalborg (despite last week's loss to Nordsjælland), I like AaB to win this one. Protecting by not bumping to 1.25 though.
Académica wants to stay in the continental hunt this year, and despite a very strong start, especially the showing against FC Porto, Feirense is still a promoted squad and I think feels the effect against a good squad in Académica.
Kalmar and Gefle are two middle of the road squad in Allsvenskan. I give the edge to Gefle based on Kalmar's poor record recently. Kalmar is 2-2-4 in the last 8 and 0-1-3 in the last 4 on the road. Gefle has also won the past two at home.
Ängelholm is shooting for the league title and Jönköpings Södra is a bottom half squad. Jönköping is fighting to avoid relegation and
will want to get a win at home where they are 3-1 in their last 4. So I don't like it a whole bunch, as I normally would, but I definitely like Ängelholm in this one.
Västerås and Hammarby are two teams fighting to avoid relegation and met earlier for a 3-1 match. In the last eight for Västerås, the o3 would be 6-1-1, and for Hammarby 3-3-2. Given their neighbouring standing, I think once a team gets a goal, the other presses for the equalizer and the floodgates will open.

Académica and the 2.Bundesliga match salvaged what would've been a bad first day back. Scandinavia let me down big time, especially AaB which decide to lose, at home, to a bad team. Gefle was a slight reach, but at home with great odds against an evenly matched team, of course ended in a draw. Bottom-dwelling Jönköpings Södra gave the home crowd something to cheer about finally with a 3-0 win over top-tier Ängelholm. So 0-1-3 in Scandinavian plays and 3-0-0 in everything else. Can't complain about being in the black, though.

Didn't put nearly as many units in play as I did two weeks ago, since that ended poorly for a lot of people. I had to pick Bayern, or I couldn't look myself in the mirror, besides Bayern is lights out while ManCity is borderline struggling. I like Napoli to get a needed win at home against a struggling Villarreal. Inter should win the matchup with CSKA, but they've been struggling mightily, and CSKA is well a draw machine. So I played the draw. Trabzonspor was more or less a for fun play. Lille is a decent team, but I think the home Turkish crowd will be amazing. Both teams are also second half teams, so I really think this will be scoreless at half. I think with how beat up ManU is, Basel will certainly score in this one. Zagreb proved to be a tough squad against Real, but they're away from home and Lyon will want to pack on goal differential, so I like the Lyon spread and over. Lastly, even though they're against Real, I cannot see Ajax being shut out in consecutive CL matches.

Thanks, a lot of the 2.Bundesliga games have solid over squads. Eintracht Frankfurt, 1860 München, and St Pauli are great winning over squads. Dresden, Ingolstadt, Cottbus, and Union Berlin are great mid tier over teams. And the 3.Liga teams at the bottom like getting beaten 4-0. Second place Jablonec is destroying teams at home and playing a mediocre Dukla Prague squad. Slovácko is only a decent team, but Baník Ostrava is a terrible team and hasn't won against a top flight team for some time. Baník Ostrava is also dead last in the Gambrinus with no wins and a 4-0 and 5-0 loss on the road. If Slovácko were a better club that had scored more than eight in eight, I'd play it more.
