Probably the square play in this station. AC Milan not looked good after there first game of the season so far where they looked unbeatable. But Lazio isn't that solid at home, they are pretty average in fact. AC Milan not that great on the road either. But I think the talent level should push AC Milan to at least get the draw and hopefully get the win...

Even though Atl Madrid is not very good on the road if you go by last year and Valencia is practically unbeatable at home I have a pretty good "gut feeling" on this one. Atl Madrid is already playing much better then they did last year and I think they will certainly be in contention for a CL spot. Around this team last year they were in last place with no wins. Valencia has only played 1 home game this year, Racing Santador. Not a very good team, I think Atl Madrid with all there offensive might will be a better challenge.

Villarreal pretty good at home, there last loss was to Barcelona. Other then that they haven't lost at home since January. While Deportivo La Coruna has struggled terribly on the road, they haven't actually won a game since January. Villarreal is a much better team and D. L. Coruna should struggle to stay in the Spanish Premier League this year. With the home field advantage and how well they play defense at home I think they should win by a couple of goals here.

I think Koln keeps this one close and probably gets the draw. I can't say I think Koln is a great team, but at one point last year Hoffenheim had gone winless for 6 games in a row last year. Hoffenheim is in third right now, but its so early that I think they are just overvalued, especially since they've given up 4 goals in the last 2 games. . Hopefully Koln will keep this one close

**** this feels like a trap almost to me but I think that FCGB is overall a much better team, and even though Caen has played well this season, I can't see anyway they keep playing the way they have been this year. Last home game for Caen was against Brest and they lost 2-0. FCGB has struggled this season in the games that I watched on defense particularly but hopefully they turn it around.

FML I know I'm gonna be really pissed by games end that I put any money on a game where Rafa is involved. But they played well earlier this week against Bari and Roma is playing like possibly the worst team in Serie A at this point (actually in 19th right now). I think the overall talent gap and how poorly Roma has played on defense this year should overcome the Rafa factor.
Well, I knew Rafa is an ass, and I fell for it. O well, can't win em all. Just hoping that my record doesn't start evening out at this point

Hoping that I don't regret this one considering Aston Villa's form on the road so far this year, especially there defense and how they blew that lead to Stoke. I'm hoping Mike will reassure me on this pick too. Wolverhampton just not a good team IMO, really blew it against Spurs last week and I think Aston Villa should at least get a draw out of this one.

Both teams are piss poor, IMO no one should be favored. So I will go with the home team who is an underdog in this one.
Regarding the Inter-Roma matchup. If you're gonna put money on games like that keep in mind the politics of the rivlary. Even if Roma has a terrible form, they play at home with more determination to get a result in front of their fans, and as you said yourself Rafa isn't Mourinho. Teams with terrible records, but with quality players/coach will always try harder than a a favorite that's a fact in most top level match-ups. Just my 2 cents GL.

Surprisingly ( I guess) , Malaga has only won 1 home game since February . But Villarreal is pretty bad on the road so I believe it might be worth a shot going for Malaga. Also watched a bit of Villarreal's game against Deportiva La Coruna last week and they just didn't look that good to me (though I'll admit I only saw the 2H when they already had the lead). I can see a draw here, but maybe Malaga sneaks one in.

Even though Chelsea is without Lampard or Drogba they should easily win this game considering OM's terrible defense and there complete inability to finish on offense

Pretty solid home team, but more importantly I think is AC Milan has struggled so far this season and I think they continue to struggle since there not good on the road. Ajax has ability to score goals, and it seems like there's also some drama and turmoil surrounding the club.

I think there problem has been more defensively then offensively so far this year. Berbatov been playing pretty great. Rooney being out shouldn't affect them that much. I don't believe much in any of these Spanish teams are then the top 2, and I don't really buy into them much either.
Tottenham -0.5 -123 to win 1 unit
Tottenham's offense should play better in Europe. Crouch has played great so far in European competition and King being back for this game should be huge. Hopefully I'm not overhyped English teams
