    AIK is not safe at all imo, this game is very open. I just got home so im gonna start researching Allsvenskan and Superettan, see if I can find something good. I´ll post atleast 20-30mins before kick-off.

    Hey nicsbr whats your thoughts on Malmö-Göteborg?

    Malmö @ 1.75 is my lean, the guys must feel hungry after losing big to Elfsborg

      I think Malmö will win but it wont be easy. Göteborg will try to secure 1 point and will play defensive. But Malmö at home is very good so they will manage to break through their defence. Nice odds offered at Malmö since Göteborg aint good at all.

      2-0 Malmö i say.

          Sweden Superettan; Jönköpings Södra v Åtvidabergs FF, Åtvidabergs FF Asian 0 @ 1.85 (2x)

          Jönköpings Södra-Åtvidabergs FF; I have a hard time seeing ÅFF lose two in a row. I watched their last game against Degerfors where they lost 2-1 at home. It was a surprising result, and it showed that Degerfors is a tricky team to beat. ÅFF was the better team overall but Degerfors where more effective and scored two nice goals on counters. ÅFF pressured them for most of the second half and came close a couple of times, 2-2 would have been a fair result that reflected the match.
          J.Södra havent lost so far, last round they got 1-1 against Qviding at home. A result they probably arent satisfyed with. In fact, they came close to losing because Qviding had a shot in the post at the end. For today they´ve got problems with some minor injuries on Tegström (midfield, 2 games, 2 goals), Walker (midfield, 3 games, 1 goal) and young striker Bernholtz who injured his knee badly and is out for the whole season. None of them can play today. Last year their home stats was 6-2-7, 22:23.
          I feel like ÅFF have the quality to control this game, create many chances and if they show more efficency then against Degerfors they´ve got a great chance to win. Quality wise ÅFF is topp three in the league.

            Hi!

            Lot of missings in Malmö game, they will play with third keeper, key defender Yago missing too!
            Three defenders are out in IFK, Mikael Dyrestam (1), Adam Johansson (2), Hjalmar Jonsson (2).

            Over 2.5 @ 2.00 looks good imo.

              The situation has changed, the third keeper wont play. Dusan Melicharek is fit enough to play, thats the latest news.

              All this make the over look attractive at evens but still im reluctant to play it because Malmö havent shown much the last three games even tho they won two of them.
              I cant get a feeling for anything in Allsvenskan today, hard matches to predict imo. Might stay away altogether but if you got a feeling, stick with it! BOL

                  I can see why ppl are pounding Ängelholm today, terrific start for them. I cant help to think they have over performed, played a little over their capacity and soon they will come down to earth again. At the same time Qviding is likely to be the worst team in Superettan so home win looks like a sure thing. Still, what looks obvious often is the opposite, thats what scares me in this spot.
                  I dont really have a strong opinion here, but I dont disagree with your pick on Ängelhom HT/FT.

                      Result: Jönköpings Södra 1 - 0 Åtvidabergs FF

                      Marinho in Åtvidaberg managed to get himself sent off after 38 mins when they where fighting to equalize. Stupid, dumb, retarded, call it whatever you want but thats what it was. As I understand it was uneccesairy but maybe a little harsh by the ref to give him a red card straight away.
                      Åtvidaberg still had posession in the second half even with one man down and created some chances. Jönköpings goalkeeper made a spectacular save at one point and tipped the ball up in the crossbar and out.

                      After a slow week I managed to lose about two units total, will calculate tomorrow and update the record. Right now im to dissapointed because the outcome might have been different if you take away the red card.

                            Finland Veikkausliga;

                            RoPS v FF Jaro, Jaro @ 1.85 (1x)

                            KuPS Kuopio v FC Inter, KuPS asian 0 @ 1.825 (1x)

                            RoPS-Jaro; Rovaniemi was a team involved in fixed games and many players was replaced with local players because of this. Therefore, their quality is questionable as a newly promoted team with lots of new players. Jaro won over RoPS in February with 5-2 on away field.

                            KuPS-Inter; KuPS look strong this year, good attackers and good preseason results. In turn, Inter will probably focus on defense here, keep it tight and pehaps get a result. Draw-no-bet looks good on home team.

                                Finland is not an easy league, and most Nordic leagues take a few weeks until we can make a better sense of them, at least that's my experience. You'll get back to winning in no time, you've been doing a very good job

                                    Sweden Allsvenskan;

                                    Djurgården v Halmstad, Djurgården -0.5 @ 2.05 (1x)

                                    A meeting between two teams thats been terrible thus far, Halmstads spanish experiment havent been successful and in Djurgården they are talking about a crisis. The difference is that DIF are doing something to change the situation, they fired Lennart Wass and brought in Magnus Pehrsson to manage the team alongside Carlos Banda. A much needed change which already has given effect. The players feel it and get new energy and a fresh start.
                                    Halmstad wont give up easily but something need to happen soon, they have only scored three goals and conceded ten in six games. To be fair they have suffered some red cards which has ruined some games but still they havent played good.
                                    The new coach effect might come into play here for DIF and to face another team with problems give them a better chance to get the first win of the season. Still its only worth 1x, both teams havent proved anything yet. I dont take to much notice that Halmstad have won here two years in a row because this year they have many new players.

                                    Superettan; Åtvidabergs FF v Ängelholm, Åtvidabergs FF -0.5 @ 1.925 (2x)

                                    Am I stubborn or what? Yes, Im betting Åtvidaberg....again. I just feel like they will get paid soon for their ability to control games and all the chances they´ve created. Its their first halfs thats been bad for the most part. At home they will probably be one of the best teams, back in 2009 when they finished second in Superettan they had a home record that read 10-2-3, 34:16.
                                    Ängelholm are undefeated thus far, an impressive feat I must say. Last round they only got 0-0 against Qviding, a very surprising result for many. ÄFF was the heavy favorite, maybe they're on their way back down to earth. I feel like they are a bit overvalued and are "due" for a loss, but nothing is of course certain. All games H2H in Åtvidaberg has finished 1-1. A draw is possible but Åtvid must be very hungry for a win having lost twice in a row. Last year Ängelholm had an away record of 3-4-8, 15:21, the year before that 4-2-9, 20:33. Maybe they can get a better record this year after winning the first two but I dont expect them to stay undefeated for much longer.

                                    Iceland Premier League; Fram Reykjavik v Thor Akureyri, Fram -1 @ 1.825 (1x)

                                    Meeting in the Icelandic Premier League. Fram ended last season in fifth place, just outside the European League qualifying places. The team has last couple of seasons finished 5th, 4th and 3rd so they are even up at the top and strong at home. Last year was 6-2-3, 19:14 in home statistics on Laugardalsvöllur. The squad is strong and holds a similar position as in previous years.

                                    Thor is newly promoted team that most ppl have tipped to go down immediately, the team simply does not have enough quality. The jump between the Premiership and second league 1st Delid is usually difficult to manage. Haukar Hafnafjördur and UMF Selfoss were both newcomers last year and went out immediately. Thor finished second in the 1st Delid and had an away record of 4-4-3, 14:10. If we compare with Haukar and Selfoss as 2009 when they got promoted had 6-3-2 and 7-0-4 in away stats. Once in the Premier League the statistics deteriorated to 1-6-4 and 2-1-8, which indicates that there is a noticeable difference in quality between the leagues.

                                    Both teams lost their opening matches, Fram with 1-0 away and Thor with 2-0 away. I think Fram should win relatively easy here, they have the quality to do so, the only question is how the shape is so early in the season. With this in mind, I bet only 1x.

                                          you're playing the Finnish league wrong...

                                          two good teams, or two bad teams - both teams to score
                                          good team vs bad team - over 2.5

                                          odds are usually 7/10 or 4/6 but I've seen very few games end either 0-0 or under 2.5

                                          too risky to pick winners imo

                                              two good teams, or two bad teams - both teams to score
                                              good team vs bad team - over 2.5

                                              odds are usually 7/10 or 4/6 but I've seen very few games end either 0-0 or under 2.5

                                              too risky to pick winners imo
                                              I am trying to learn the finnish league, played some games in the end of last season with good results. I am not giving up on it yet, my mistake was to play it right away. Should have been more patient and waited a few rounds.

                                                Right now we have to thank Mr.Nauzet Perez, Halmstads goalkeeper. He completely unprovoked struck Hellqvist in the head and got a red card and penalty-kick against. Very stupid to say the least. Igboananike scored on the the penalty. Before this, both teams played pretty bad.

                                                    Norway Tippeligaen;

                                                    Haugesund v Stabaek, Haugesund draw-no-bet @ 1.66 (3x)

                                                    Incredibly strong home team, 9-5-1, 34:13 last season. Previous meeting ended 2-1 in favor of the home team. Stabaek won as expected last round but it will be much more difficult to make something out of this game. Haugesund plays on natural grass but ive read that the pitch is in bad condition which clearly favors them because Stabaek normally plays indoor on artificial turf. I have a hard time seeing Haugesund drop points here.

                                                    IK Start v Ålesund, Start -0.5, -1 @ 1.95 (1x)

                                                    Start have won both home games with 5-1 over current leaders Strömsgodset and 4-0 over Viking. Impressive to say the least. Ålesund are on paper weaker then last year but they´ve managed to scrape together two wins and one draw after losing the first two games. Proves that they are still tough to beat even tho it was against weaker competition then Start. Still, Start looks to be the team to beat in this one, I dont have a reason to fade them so i´ll bet on them instead.

                                                        Sweden Division 1 North; Sirius v Väsby United, over 2.5 @ 1.80 (1x)

                                                        Top meeting, Sirius was ranked as number one by most ppl before the season and Väsby was relegated from Superettan last year and are expected to be one of the better teams in Div 1 North. Sirius have 1-1-1, 5:4 thus far and has more or less failed to make an impression. Last match against BK Forward (2-2) was their best performace so things are looking up. At home they are a force, 9-2-2, 30:10 last year and a similar result is expected this year. Väsby have won all three games with 8:3 in goals, last two outings they´ve scored three goals so the attack look effective. Instead of looking for a winner here, goals looks reasonable to bet on. Both teams have the quality to score multiple goals.

Do the Veikkausliiga teams take the cups seriously? Or maybe only one seriously? There are two as far as I know, the Suomen Cup and Liiga Cup.
