Texted the 2 numbers i had for them last night trying to get a deposit bonus.. Got a text back saying he couldnt offer me a bonus. Got another text a few hours later from Louis saying they could offer me 100% 12x rollover. $2000 max. And the agent gave me the address to send to.. Sent the $2000 and now the agent dissapears and Charles whos in on the scam as well says the agent hasnt worked there in 2 months. And he cant get a hold of him even thou he told me this morning that Louis never recieved my money.. Implying that he talked to him this morning.. Charles is a complete scammer STAY AWAY FROM BIGBETBIZ! Optimal if u can help in anyway let me know.. Thanks..

I’ve dealt with Charles for about a year now and something seems off with your post. Not saying you’re lying but you need to make sure you email their support address before you deposit anywhere. Don’t just deposit based on what some random phone number says.Comment -

Sorry bud, there are a lot of shady sites out there and I feel for your situation but bashing a book about an ex employee scamming you is not right. Learn to email the customer support address to verify it’s an actual employee you’re dealing with or USE THE CASHIER ON THE WEB SITE THEY HAVE.
