kid barely has 200 ab's over AA and people are already calling him a bust. Kid is an amazing talent at his age, he'll figure alot of things out and make adjustments over the next few years. won't reach his physical prime for another half decade. I think we'll see less upside out of him, as he was already more refined at 13 years of age than most Latino players are at age 17 slugging their way into America...

He has been pressed into duty. This would be a non factor if Nats had started poorly and had been out of contention by May 1, like they normally are.

yeah i can't see them sending him down now after bringing him up. before he came up wash, had the worst stats in the mlb for a LF.

mourse will play 1b, he played the majority of his cames there, laRouche will be a bench player. having a good 1.5 month but its not going to last long-term. werth is their RF.

He may be two weeks away from returning to the Nats, but Morse's best bet could still be a June 8 return to the lineup as he would be able to serve as a DH during Interleague play when the Nats are on the road at that time.

laroche a bench player???? hes been carrying the offense. harper will play cf when morse comes back

um yes that was the plan when they signed larouche was to be a bench player.
hes not going to keep up this pace, so can we simmer down about how great of a year he is having.

I wouldn't doubt Laroche to have a career year, his problem always seemed to be he entered May hitting under .200 with a .500 OPS.
