Not bad. They are in my top 5. I put Jigsaw at the top and Underdog is probably #4.

The catch is you have to use them more for ROI as opposed to win percentage. What I mean is a guy like Ben Burns will hit 60% of his MLB but he plays like -150 to -180 teams so really you lose money despite feeling like you are winning because of how often you hit.

Underdog Hotline wins maybe 45% but obviously as is the case today, they play decent dogs and so the ROI for that 45% win rate is nice!

is there actually a thread or sth where you could orient yourself which one of these handicappers are actually good & legit? Just new here and trying to look these handicappers and results up for like past 2 weeks but everyone seems to say sth else, some say they are fraud some they are good some sth different. So out of curiosity is there some thread were sb tracks them or can say which one of these are decent? thanks

There really is no thread that tracks it. To be honest, the way I used to do it is just track myself. Put together a spreadsheet, list the services and track their plays. It's a lot of work but you really get a clear picture on everyone that way.

As I brought up when you initially asked, they don't win a high percentage but they do get a great ROI because of days like today where I hit a +180 dog because of them.


Be careful though to anyone looking to buy Underdog Hotline. There are like 10 different services that call themselves Underdog Hotline. So if anyone wants the info for the one I post here in the forum, just send me a PM. I know we can't openly post it here.

that just sounds horrible inefficent if like 50 different people track the same handicappers...wouldn't it be better there is some kind of thread were you can say:
handicapper a is good in sport b and decent in sport c mediocre in sport d and bad in sport e

then depending on the information/opinions you can put in all the names with decent sports so you know what you can follow and what you can ignore

It would be better to do it the way you say but the problem is then you open it up to a lot of shills who will lie about this or that service in an effort to get people to signup. So such a thread would quickly become a promotional thread. It's unfortunate but just how these things go as the various services are desperate for clients.

While inefficient for you to track all the services yourself based on what is posted, at least you know the information is factual because you are doing it.

The other problem is the moderators don't like people posting records or ratings publicly so that can complicate public tracking of services in an open thread.
