Tony Cross has been around for years. He is not a total scam but like his progression betting counterpart John Morrison/Tony Chau, he definitely will look for any technicality (after the fact!) to say a progression loss "didn't count". Also be aware that in spread sports like football and basketball, he will have you buy random points for each leg of the progression. So make sure your book allows point buying and be prepared for some stiff bets by leg 3 or 4.
