Under streakers are available to the public with a small amount of research. Many sites track umpires and their trends.

Stat fox is a good one. They are currently down, but should be up soon. Just google MLB umpire trends and go from there. Or you can pay the monthly $250 fee for gilmo to research it.

I do a daily thread with the umpire info. It's real easy to find.
Covers has a data base full of umpire information.
You can either pay somebody to do the work or spend a few minutes doing it yourself.
