Then I guess I overestimated Edward's rational abilities. If a client who paid for an RAS membership doesn't get in bets at the release times and is relying on the line to "bounce back", then honestly, they have already given up a lot of the value on their own. Hard for the client not to point the fingers at themselves before the putting most of the blame the people who post his plays on here.

And again, I challenge the idea that he could possibly track any semi-intelligent/tech saavy person onto another forum.

Yeah what about the Sports books that buy his service. Some clients never have a chance to get his lines how does he stop that?????

I was posting RAS plays last year and they contacted SBR. SBR asked me to stop, so I did. why did Merseyman used the same email? i'm sure he was like me, I thought I would post and help you guys out, but i'm not going out of my way to create a different email and create a different SBR acct to post picks.

To say you wanted to help us out is very generous, but it doesn't answer my question about why you used the same e-mail address. I guess I'm saying there's a logical fallacy to say you don't want to go "out of your way" while knowing you're giving away information for free that you have already deemed to be worth a significant sum by paying for the membership.

So if you are already going to go "out of your way" (aka give something for free that cost you lots of money), then I think it logically follows that you wouldn't be burdened to have another e-mail address/account to minimize your risk of losing your membership.

But maybe money is nothing to you and starting another Yahoo mail account is torture for you. Who knows?

Also, clearly SBR hasn't stopped it from what I've seen in the past months.

I was accused of selling his plays. Why would I give the site a bogus addy? I thought that would be confidential? I live in large city and can generally get lines that aren't moved by RAS.

Why would you assume your e-mail address is confidential? I think this line of questioning will eventually lead you to understand that maybe you need to reconsider how you deal with internet security and identity issues.

I had RAS service for a month awhile back. I posted the plays about 5min after it was released (right after I made my wagers). After the 2nd day, I got a msg from someone in SBR who told me that Edward or someone from RAS has requested that I stop posting the plays immediately or they will terminate my service. So, I stopped.

I remember Brendon and SF posting last year. Was great guys and thanks for doing it! Its a pity this year seems much more difficult to get his plays but hopefully someone who can afford it will post his picks for the season. I'd love to have the bankroll to afford the service and maybe in the future i will but at the moment i just follow this forum. Also Edward should be aware that even if he doesn't like his picks being posted here, it is still great advertising for his service because every single day during the season the RAS threads are incredibly busy. Any publicity is better than no publicity!

I'm not begging for or relying on finding the picks here, I'm just pointing out (like you did I think?) that there are ways around getting "caught".

Pretty sure SBRForum has to have a privacy policy protecting your information, but I could be wrong (and would be worried if I were). They have a DMCA page, but can listing sports betting picks--especially without write-ups--really be intellectual property? Doubt it.
