I tried getting Doc's cappers' NBA records by communicating with their customer service. They just kept saying, "they have won X number of years" or "they won 3 of the last four years". After repeated attempts to get real records from past years, I gave up and went elsewhere.

When a service won't even tell you their record, stay away.
