Here is a perfect example: Instead of posting the plays daily, why doesn't someone just do a season-long thread similar to what was done in MLB?
This is a benefit to the posters because they can keep track of the records themselves, here in an open forum. (Which is good, because there are other handicappers out there that people think are better than I am or that have better track records that I know don't, so this is a good way for people to compare/contrast and see for themselves.)
Also a benefit because it gives me a place to come in and rap with people, answer questions, "talk shop", BS, and have you all tell me how awful I am and how much I suck and I'm a scammer and a liar when I lose.

Thanks man. L-O-N-G season, my friend. One night won't make-or-break - which I have to keep telling myself - and just gotta keep that long-term perspective. It's SO HARD this first night or this first weekend not to go buck wild because I've been waiting for this for so long.

oh well, i tried. The prob with your card are that it's about an hour's or so to post, color it the right way and break down all the variations. It's not lile you play one a day like IC. he makes it easy for you. Tracking you is a full time job !! And after all of that, you prob. rack up all kinds of infractions from somehow doing something wrong in the process.Comment -

What are infractions? Are there any negative penalties that come with that?
bobarm - good to have you on board. In general, the lines on my game are going to move because I am usually on the 'sharp' side. But I don't subscribe to one guy "moving" lines, so I don't presume that's my action doing that. We do recommend that you get the picks posted ASAP each day. But what I've found is that there is a ton of movement between 10:15 am CST and about 11:40 am CST, but then things stay pretty static until about 30 minutes to tip. So I would say either get right there when the plays or posted. But if you can't, don't sweat having to get them in too quickly as long as you get them in an hour or so before tip.
Saturdays you will want to get the plays and get them up. You'll just want to get them set and then be able to enjoy your day.Comment -
Why not just post the plays like this guy did, and people can either PM for Units or you come up with a simplified method in the way they are posted.
- (Top tier is anything 6 or higher; these plays will be obvious because there aren't many of them)
- (4/5 Units)
- (3 Units)
- (2/less Units)

Not that you would know about infractions but if we post unit sizes, things like if its the Game of the Month, Game of the Year or Game of the Week, if we post our email address or even outside links, chances of infractions are high. Somehow I even got an infraction from logging on from different computers.....go figure. And now I can probably get an infraction for telling you guys about my infraction. this forum is really becoming a place where you gotta hide and sneak around if you want have privileges like PM or even your 2 points everyday. In my case, i only have ONE account always have, I log in, log out, post or troll around under King B. I have never had another account, heck, i don't even know anyone else with a SBR account. However, i got a violation/infraction for having multiple accounts and logging in from various computers. Asked for an explanation, never got one. As "Punishment" and for as ever long as SBR feel's apparently, they now are stating they will be withholding my points per day for an undisclosed amount of time !! WTF !!Comment -
The rules on here are so full of nondisclosure that's it like a communist type leadership. You only know you did something wrong "AFTER" you did it. They should have some kind of "Rules" thread around here I guess. I dunno, i'm just so frustrated by the rules that I avoid posting plays in the fear that somehow I might forget to edit out the Unit size and BOOM !! I subscribe to Doc's football, and also have means of "acquiring" RF's and IC's play's at release time. But folks don't create season threads cause Doc's is like the golden child/protected species around here. Better yet, they are like an elite QB. The rules are bent in their favor/ to protect them for some reason. Bash Lang, Hondo, Quinn, Demarco or any other's and it's ALLLL gravy. Say one bad thing about Doc's crew and ALL hell breaks loose (yellow cards/flags aka infractions all over the place). At times i think that Doc's is a major share/stake holder in SBR !!Comment -

The few times that I actually have seen you comment on your biggest play, it is typically with no confidence. Then the team loses. Why even label it a bigger play, or a bigger unit size if you arent "sure how special it is"? Just curious.
