if you really want to meditate or relax, why not just close all the lights in the living room, put on classical on DVD, and just relax. same thing, no?? i've always wanted to meditate, but only reason i don't is it's boring, i have no time and i'm lazy to do it. so why will this 500$ product help?? i'll still be too lazy to do it..
