    Excel

    I don't have it can I download a generic version for the ones people are putting in the threads? Anyone know where I can get it Excel that is.

    OpenOffice.org is basically a free version of the Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Compatible with all the normal file formats too.

    However, writing macros in OpenOffice is quite different (and lengthier) than using msft's built-in vba editor. If you only intend on using the UI (no programming), then google doc's spreadsheet app should suffice as well.
