Can someone please tell me how many troops Trump pulled out of that country between Jan 1, 2019 - Jan 6, 2020?
Or how many troops were actually on the ground when Biden was inaugurated?

A) Pull out when he did
2) Send in more troops
Either way, Biden gets blamed for someone else's actions..
