    I drink anywhere from 4-10 cups a day. Just depends what I'm doing. I don't have any sleeping problems. FYI.....if you drink a lot like this and even late go get some exercise right before bed and you'll be fine and not wired too bad. There is decaf coffee too that you can buy in case you've never heard of that.......lol

    I don't drink soda pop though. I quit it. It wasn't difficult at all. Not like when I quit smoking because that was hell. I rarely drink alcohol either. Coffee, water, tea. That's it.

    Coffee is the cavemans greatest invention. Have a Kureg have some nice Andes Mint Coffee and i Love Chocolate Cherry too as well as all the normal ones. Get some nice chocolate creamer to go with it.

    I love my K-Cup machine.
    (It's good for ground coffee too just make sure you use the correct filter)
