Has My IP Address from Home Been 'Banned?'

I have tried Chrome, Mozilla and IE, says this site don't exist. But I can access it fine on my phone using AT & T 4G. This just started happening yesterday, never any access issues. Yes, I've tried re-booting and clearing cache/ cookies.

Anyone? If it is an IP ban, I would like to know what I did.

Or at a minimum, maybe figure out if the issue is on my ISP's end. I can issues all other gambling sites fine. Just not this site.

Just might be a glitch guy
I don't think it is banned

Maybe shut everything down and re start router and modem

I'm having a similar problem..This site only loads after 3 or 4 tries. All other sites pop up no problem.
